It was always an old-school method where you can get a hot chick and put her in front of you as a test.
 
I think that estrogen issues are probably throwing off your body IMO.
Once you get that balanced, you'll have a much easier time.

completely normal for LH and FSH to be in the tank on trt or steroids.
 
Because this steroids have Esters attached to them. They are going to balance things themselves. Instead of you trying to manually do it.
 
I don't agree that more injections stabilize things.
how could it if the steroids are slow releasing anyway over time?
 
I think we should not argue with actual blood work when it comes to this stuff.
The blood work doesn't lie and that's where you need to trust what you're seeing.
 
99% of trt doctors have their clients inject once a week for a reason.
Sometimes, they'll inject things like sustanon 1-2x a month.
 
I think people under rate what Esther's do in the body when it comes to steroids,
And they think that they can manipulate their estrogen in different ways, which just not true.
 
Interesting how much arimidex have you been taking? Diet has cleaned up? Cardio?
0.25 twice a week.

Definitely could be diet and cardio contributing to the improvement, as both have been good over the same time period. Will assess next blood test and see how things are.

I’d be tempted to say that it’s not negatively affected the numbers in any significant way, or that minor improvements to diet and cardio can easily mitigate anything it does affect.
 
I agree with stevesmi. You need to lower your test dose. You might be one of the guys that only needs like 75mg per week. Your dose should get you to a normal test number where estrogen is also normal. If estrogen is too high, lower test dose. You don't want to be on an AI for life.
 
Bro 23 is young to be starting a cycle. Im 33 and i wouldn't even let my son do that at a young age.

Secondly you are no way shape or form 30% body fat id say low to mid 20s

added the Ai back at 0.25 x2 a week on 8/12/24 and i’m feeling MUCH better so it was 100% my e2 out of whack, fkn sucks that it gets so high even at 125mg of Test cyp

also added semaglutide 5mg on 10/12/24
on a 0.25mg dose and will increase after a month to 0.5mg, first 2 days was crazy i was super nauseous with no appetite but 3 days later i feel better but not really any appetite suppression, i understand it’s too early to tell so ill give it a few weeks and see how i go

on the semaglutide, I would try to either micro dose like @Pigsy is doing, or 1 per week injection like @RoidRage69 is doing

You will need to diet longer my bro and get the body fat down before looking to put on muscle. Love handles come off over time, through reducing fat in fat cells over time and keeping it off and not rebound too hard should get rid of them, it’s not a easy fix over night and requires time and persistence, I had this issue for years. I no longer carry love handles due to simply being diligent with my meal plans, focusing on the right foods and cutting sugar out completely.

Running steroids at higher levels of fat makes you prone to high E2 levels which will correlate to fat distribution towards the lower back, it’s a problem area for most men.

Keep dieting bro. No point trying to add more food (surplus of calories when you have bodyfat to get rid of.

Try get down to 10-12%. I havent used sema myself. I just keep dieting, tracking macros and calories whilst losing body fat. I keep it simple.

Secondly shave so you can see proper physique/ muscle changes. Otherwise its hard to tell. I used to make my clients do this. So much easier.

Dont use a razor shaver buy a trimmer and use no guard. It dosent make you get ingrown hairs and you wont get that shit regrowth itch like a shaver.

You got this. You will be much happier when you get to 10-12% bodyfat and your confidence will skyrocket.

You have a lot of potential, I think to really have some big changes over the next few months.
 
One of the things that you need to improve on, is your training.
Even though you've been going for years, There's definitely lots of room to improve for everybody including you.
 
One of the things I would love to see is shaving off that hair.

Don't worry, it will grow back, but at least we'll be able to see more of your body.
 
My advice is check out the logs on here of the other guys and what they're doing.
Pick up some different workouts from them and pick up some dieting ideas.

Make sure you continue to tighten up your diet and you keep pushing.

You want to keep increasing the amount of volume you're doing and then cycle it.

No real updates besides the fact that i got an ear infection and have been sick for a few weeks lol, hopefully will recover soon and get back into it with more updates!
how bad is the infection ?
 
it was quite bad it ended up lasting for a month or so, seems to have mostly cleared up now thankfully so i can get back into training!
If you took antibiotics, you need probiotics way more. :D

Looking for direction, i’ve cut down from 110 to currently 87kg (over a year process with maintenance phases) but i still look quite obese guessing 27%?
what should i do from here im currently on trt at 125mg a week and have been for 2 years but quite disappointed with these results it seems like i have much less muscle than i assumed. my diets been high protein low calorie at around 2100 which i only just dropped them that low yesterday ive been lowering through the year from 2700,2500,2400 to now, should i go balls to the wall aggressive cut the last 5-10kg? should i increase dose or start a cycle and recomp? any pointers thank you! here are some pics i took today and was really disappointed in the low muscle mass and belly fat

thanks for the advice guys i’ll keep the cut going! here are the macros and foods i’ll be having today, also currently doing a PPL split 6 days a week i’ll post training when i go again (protein should be a little higher i agree)

The food doesn't look bad at all.

You're doing a great job, keep it up.
 
I would start your day off with some fasted cardio. And let the fat loss go throughout the day.
 
One of the cool things you can do is get ketones strips.

This way, we'll know if you're in ketosis, when you piss on one.
 
You've got to have your body, learn to get rid of the fat and not have to conserve it.

Tidy the diet up. Look at Estrogen levels and do more cardio

planning to switch from Anastrozole 1MG 0.25mg x2 a week
to Aromasin 25mg x2 a week (to help with sensitive e2 on trt while i lose fat)
would there be a benefit on switching and also would it be the same dose equivalent of my 0.25mg if i did the same thing with aromasin and cut it into quarter tablets? if not what would be?

there is no equivalency dose from arimidex to aromasin, at best its subjective bro
why do you want to switch mid cycle here? i would keep it the same if you are on it
but if you do switch go with 5mgs aromasin 3x/week to start off @haydz
