Covid has really hit me today .
I’ve had it for 4 days now but today it’s really hammering me .
Up till now I’ve ignored it and powered through . Today the skin over my whole body feels painful and my throat is killing me.
I think today is a day of recovery .
 
That fishing spot looks amazing man! I am super jealous. I have a spot I can walk to by me but it is just for recreation and relaxation. Nothing in here that I can eat.
 
about to really throw some fuel into the furnace and kick up the results into overdrive . In my grubby hands I am holding 2 boxes of hgh , care of hybrid labs .
I will be taking 2 iu in the morning half an hour before my fasted cardio .

Bro I love fishing, when I was 15 I took a 10ft runabout with a 15hp outboard through Sydney heads with no running lights at night 😂 loved fishing for kingfish in middle harbour around the wedding cakes using yakka as live bait

Did my morning cardio . Still feeling sick with this stupid Covid . Body feels bruised my skin aches . But I did 1 hour on the treadmill .my wife came with me , as I’m not allowed to leave the house alone .
had my first shot of hgh this morning . Decided to go intramuscular so I don’t have to wait too long . Also had the lcarnatine shot with it
And the Helios . Tell you what , Helios is one way to kick off a flu .

I had a black coffee this morning but it really upset my stomach .
Won’t do that again . Maybe green tea would be a better option .

excuses are fine but push more, cardio is your friend and so is high volume bro :)
 
Coffee is on my no go list bro . It’s been causing me stomach issues
I always push people to get away from coffee it really is not good for you so that's smart

Bro you hardly slept and you got up at 4:30 that’s hardcore, not every workout is going to be optimal but the fact you showed up and got it done is what it’s all about bro 💪 commitment to the process and showing up when you don’t feel like it will lead to huge progress brother and you already come so far you leaning out heaps 👌

I caN do heavier but I’m trying for longer Reps
I mean , I can load up the machine to the max , but I’ll only get a few reps

Iv been focusing on lower weight for higher reps, used to be the other way around but switching it up past few weeks and finding it good brother

I’m starting to also critique my own workouts now aswell , I know I was sick the last week or so , but I look back at the log and think I need to do better . Very upset with this weeks effort . My food intake is still good . Keeping the calories low . That’s the important part I guess .

No pip at all .
No pip in anything I have refined all recipes and mastered a lot hard do no pip high mg products slight burn with ripex 400 being 200mg trena 100 prop 100 master p well I guess youd get pip only very mild personally I can do my bicep with that be fine but each there own pain thresh holds mines high. Did traps once with wow. But the Auschwitz has pip only product I have with it ATM but that's high mg rocket fuel god mode shit 50 test base 50tren base 2.5mg methtren carrier is meg this is a site enhancement too a serious one

I’m sorry but I didn’t end up taking bbq photos , there was a bunch of people there and it didn’t feel right whipping out my phone to take photos of food .

The Helios , I don’t always use it . I’m actually not a big fan of clen . I don’t like what I’ve heard about it .
I was trailing it as a favour
