@Dirt I see, but even if your gut is displaced , having probiotics and digestive enzymes is crucial for digestion, I suggest you add them they definitely dont do harm, just add positivesOk . I like walnuts . Digestive enzymes and probiotics didn’t really help me in the past bro.

It’s called a hiatal hernia . My gut slides up into my chest cavity .
Push session last night. My daughter convinced me to do abs aswell .
She then asked me if I can do a chin up and I didn’t want to break her heart so I said maybe I can do 1 , I actually did one , I knew I could .
Then a kind gentlemen told my daughter that at my weight 1 chin up counts as 10 .
Haha . Must be a dad .
I’ve added a handful of walnuts to my meal .
Today work was flat out , didn’t have time to eat anything. Else . Also only had time to drink 1.7 ltr of water .
Woke up early did 1 hour cardio . I’m pushing cardio harder now . Getting to enjoy it now .
