Did my morning cardio today . Last 10 mins in a 10% incline . Fasted of coarse .

Kangaroo mince and protien pasta .
36 g protien and 33 gram carbs . Might have some almonds for fat

This morning I did 1 hour cardio .
Fasted of coarse. Popeyes Helios and premiums sups l carnatine to help the burn .’
Last 20 mins was on a 10 % incline .
Hunger is unbelievable today .
Ate 3 meals .
Metabolism is really starting to move along with all this cardio .
3 meals is a big victory for me . My digestion seems to be hood right now
Weight session in a couple of hours

Was hoping to get the leg curls to 5 sets and then pump out maybe half hour of cardio .

good job brother leg day looks like it was a success then, when you struggle to walk to the car that's how you know it was a good leg day 💪
 
the fasted cardio is working wonders for you
 
maybe eat some pineapple post meal up to improve digestion
 
maybe add in some taurine
 
n2guard will help here, it has electrolytes and vitamins and minerals including taurine
 
I tried, I swear I tried , but this was bad . I couldn’t straighten my legs .
I try to hit just a few minutes on the treadmill after legs. It is really the only time I will use a treadmill, lol. I feel like it helps prevent my legs from getting stiff after a good session. Then stretch afterwards.

Some of the boys are trying to pump me up to do more haha 😜.
 
1 hour fasted cardio session this morning .
10 mins on bike but it hurt my nuts so I went back to treadmill and did the rest there .
Last 10 mins on 10% incline
Couldn’t bare the hunger so I had half of one of my pasta and kangaroo mince meals about 2 hours after the cardio .
 
Love some kangaroo sausages. Unfortunately can't stomach Avacodo
Yeah not a big fan of it myself . I don’t get the big deal about it . Doesn’t have a taste .
But I bought 2 cause they were cheap and I heard it’s good fat.
Thought I’d mix it up a bit , not just walnuts

And 10 mins of 10% incline .
Then did some abdominal work
Or in my case ….. flabdominal 😂

5 % incline 40 mins 10% incline 10 mins
Pull session tonight .
Side note …….. I’ve stopped drinking coffee . For some reason I don’t need it anymore .
Energy levels are through the roof till about 2-3 pm .
@Dirt you're perfect, the time is right to keep the cardio high bro :) for you the higher the cardio the better

if you followed my posts over the years you know my feelings on coffee and caffeine in general

being free from that addiction will give you raw energy all day that cannot be matched and also you will sleep much more crisp

My plan is to get all the reps to 20 .
The ones that I didn’t make it , I’ll repeat that weight the next session Untill I finally pass that weight .
If I fail the wait 5 times I will reload it it the next 20 that I passed on .
Basicly those lower numbers are failures .
I don plan on increasing the cardio , though my 14 year old daughter trains with me and I have to take her into consideration.

I’m proud of her , she sticks out the whole workout .
Doenst give up . I’ll trick her into doing more cardio with me eventually.

My plan is to get all the reps to 20 .
The ones that I didn’t make it , I’ll repeat that weight the next session Untill I finally pass that weight .

I’d like to increase them to 2 minutes each , with a 1 minute walk in between each sprint and do 5 of these sprints .
I’m getting closer .

I just need to learn how to operate the stupid bike lol. I can't sprint on the tread, the high impact aggravates my SI injury.

Disaster today 😂
First off , woke up late and ran out of time for morning cardio . I blame boobs . They were there , they were soft and they were warm .
Dropped off the kids to school , got to work and tested positive for Covid .
I work with elderly at a retirement home so that’s seven days payed leave for me . 7 days of fishing. Woop woop .
Got home . Did something’s that needed to be done ( boobs ) , did some work around the house I been putting off and then went to gym again for evening cardio .
10 mins on the treadmill , then I get on the rowing machine . 5 mins in , my stomach starts rumbling .
I spent 15 mins in the toilet blowing the big brown trumpet .
Washed my face , composed my self and thought ok , let’s start again .
Hopped on the stair machine as I thought I need to get my heart rate up asap .
5 mins in , my stomach rumbles again .
Back to the toilet .
Another round of diareah .
Nope .
Cardio not happening tonight .
Add to that a bout of vomiting .
I think i need to Replenish fluids tonight and try again tommorow morning .
Cardio with a vengeance tommorow .
Watch how stubborn and hard headed I can be .
