Approved Log My ongoing transformation log

I’ll note that valerian root . I’m a big believer in herbal tonics and certain spices having medicinal properties .
Currently I have tumeric , ginger , orange peel and star anise . Taste horrible but it works
@Dirt you can get the capsules better taste

Todays morning cardio session
500 mg lcarnatine injection
1 ml injection of Popeyes Helios . (Clen amd yohimbine )
200mcg injection of hgh fragment
Only had time for 40 mins cardio today .
Was shaking like crazy. Haven’t had any clen in a long long time amd went and injected the 40 mcg in one go .
Cardio was fasted all had was water .
Woke up with the hiccups . Gonna only eat the one meal today and give my gut a rest. .
why do you need to inject helios with your medical condition? highly bad idea
if you want take clenbuterol but dont use yohimbine or clen in injections

and why inject l carnatine? you can get away with just doing these oral and concentrating on recovery imo

I understand these types of compounds are often frowned upon . But I’m a very curious person , I’ve always wondered about these particular compounds to be exact , and popeye was kind enough to offer me the opportunity to try them out during this log .
Obviously he has t given me a life time supply , it’s. Just a sample of each , just enough to see what this stuff does .
I can say the affects of clen are multiplied if injected. Wow .
But that doesn’t mean I recommend people go out and just grab some corn and inject it .
There is a proper method to make these compounds.
First and Foremost though is the cardio and the diet .
These are my main weapons .
These are what i am expecting the greatest results from. Consistency.
I try and be creative with my meals because we all know how boring it gets .
I can say that I think I’m ready to eat a little more now . 2 training sessions a day has really boosted my metabolism to the point where the hunger drives me nuts sometimes .
Time for 2 meals I say .
Last night was a pull session .
Same exact routine as last time .
With the 10 mins cardio before and after .

I feel like some sort of fish meal tommorow . Thinking of a recipe and I’ll post it up . Hoping to inspire others with some of my meals . I think I go alright in that department.

Oh , hopefully. We laid everything about , some well known Aussie vip members and vendors vouched for him . We talked about the misunderstanding, and now it’s just a waiting game . I’m told these things can take a bit of time to happen .

training diet and how you're feeling with progress
 
Did leg workout today
10 mins cardio warm up

5 x 12 leg curls

5x12 leg extensions

5x12 calf raises

5 x12 leg press

3 x 12 abductors

3 x 12 adductors

Abdominal work , crunches till fail x 3

20 mins cardio

All last sets on each exercise was to failure .
Sometimes I went higher than 12 on some exercises just to get a nice burn .
I’m thinking of adding squats to my leg day but we only have smith machines and no free barbells at my gym .
May have to put my home gym together and tidy up my garage . Retake my space.
Food was some fish and polenta .
I been very sick and and I’m vomiting uo some of the food I ate over 24 hours ago . I’ve had diareah since yesterday but it’s calmed down . Nothing to poop out anymore I think really .
Was a gamble doing legs today haha

Lean beef mice and eggs , with polenta . I’ll have some fresh veggies with this .

Big thanks to anabolic chicken for passing me a list of approved foods that he uses for his clients , gave me the idea for the polenta .
Some very easy to digest foods on his list . Big thanks

Thanks again to popeye for trusting me to show case his products aswell . He’s putting his faith into me so I appreciate that .

I’ve been lifting for a long time , so I knew I had muscle under all the fat , but yeah .
No point if no one including my self can see . And also all that extra weight at my age is bound to catch up on me sooner or later .
