Once again I’d like to give my 13 year old daughter a shout out .
She did the same workout although lower weights and guess what , her side laterals are perfect now !
She told me she’s imagines she’s pouring drinks !!!

Today I had 2 meals during the day . And just now I had a small can of spring water Tuna and a small boiled potato.
I need to buy a scale . I want to start actually weighing my food . I’d like to see what I’m actually doing .
I’m estimating about 130 - 150 grams of carbs today .
If I’m going to be serios I need to start wieghing food .

Aparantly my intestines became sticky after that , they stick to each other and to the walls of my bowel cavity .

They took 2 tissue samples for pathology testing .
Now I’m wondering .
Should I go to the gym ?
