Was really tired today . Woke up at 4:30 am to do my cardio and been up at work all day . Did that leg workout at 7 pm .
I would have liked to add a bit more volume .
Maybe I should have had some preworkout .
Shoulda coulda woulda blah blah blah . Exuses exuses .
Gonna make up for it by punishing my self with extra cardio on the weekend .

Once again I’d like to give my 13 year old daughter a shout out .
She did the same workout although lower weights and guess what , her side laterals are perfect now !
She told me she’s imagines she’s pouring drinks !!!
She’s been researching haha .
Proud dad moment. .
Other daughter called me and said she wants a bag of salt and vinegar chips 😂
Today I had 2 meals during the day . And just now I had a small can of spring water Tuna and a small boiled potato.
I need to buy a scale . I want to start actually weighing my food . I’d like to see what I’m actually doing .
I’m estimating about 130 - 150 grams of carbs today .
If I’m going to be serios I need to start wieghing food .
Sorry about the blabbering. Thought maybe you’d like to see what’s going on I my thoughts

Plus I’m weak as fuck .😂

I just don’t have the strength and energy with these low calories .

Just did 1 hour cardio . No photo cause I accidentally hit bye emergency stop instead of the normal stop button .

I have a gut issue . Hietal hernia and also years ago I had a surgery because of a Blockage , didn’t poop for 2 weeks .intestine broke .
Aparantly my intestines became sticky after that , they stick to each other and to the walls of my bowel cavity .
Causes a few issues in regards to digestion and keeping food in

but you cant keep food down? maybe best to do liquids then? like more shakes with natural fibers?

Last night had a gastroscopy .
They put me to sleep , anesthetics . 24 hours still feel groggy .
They took 2 tissue samples for pathology testing .
Now I’m wondering .
Should I go to the gym ?
I feel restless .
