Hi All!!

After hours of research and listening to podcasts I thought its time to start a log so I can track my progress and welcome advice and hopefully answer some questions in the future.

A bit of history about myself. Im 34 and in construction. iv been training off and on since 17-18 years old. the first 3-4 years was very consistent, no tracking of food etc.

last 8-10 years has been pretty average sometimes 4 days a week sometime no training for months. fell into drug and alcohol abuse and noticed that training and staying accountable really helped to stay sober. Have been training solid for the last 10 months with multiple coaches and a steady diet etc. the last 3 moths I have really tried too dial in and I want to continue this pattern and get better and better

First 3 months of the year I decided to jump on Test e at 250mg a week split into 3 injections unfortunately I didn't do pre bloods but did do 4 weeks in bloods. Attached below.

Since jumping on with a new trainer very recently and recent blood work (attached below) this is where I am at. have been on this diet and training for 3 weeks now. starting new test amount and peptides yesterday.

Injuries: Arthritis in left hip. both knees recently giving me problems.

Will attach 2 x blood works and some progress photos.

Week 1​

  • Calories: 2936
  • Protein: 227 g
  • Carbs: 348 g
  • Fats: 52 g
  • Meal Frequency: 5 meals/day
  • Example Day:
    • Meal 1: cream of rice,wpi, fruit, dates, peanut butter
    • Meal 2: chicken breast, veg, rice, dates, pineapple, rice cakes jam and banana
    • Meal 3: lean beef mince, veg, sweet potato, rice cakes jam and banana
    • Meal 4: white fish, sweet potato, pineapple, dates
    • Meal 5: greek yoghurt, api, berries
  • Hydration: 3-5 L/day
  • Notes:

Training

  • Split: Meso cycle 5 day (legs focused)
  • Weekly Schedule:
    • Mon pull
    • Tue push
    • Wed hamstring+calves
    • Thu rest
    • Fri shoulders arms
    • Sat legs
    • Sun rest

Good start! you’re leaner and the lines through your torso and arms look tighter already. The shift to daily test E at 25 mg with GH, BPC, and TB500 should keep things steady and support joint repair while your knees and hip recover. Smart move with the peptides!

Your diet is balanced for a lean bulk, but I would start by adding more protein at least bump to 300 grams/day. easy by adding protein shakes or bars you can get there, so even when working you can eat the bar.

Thanks for approving my post. Definitely quicker then I thought. Must of been Shi'ite weed 🤣.

Yeha I think daily injections will keep things stable through out. Can definitely through in more protein as i dont feel full though out the day so will top up with some shakes etc as mentioned.

So will stay on retatutride for a while.. good to know for order amounts. What would you recommend with the healing stack (bpc & tb) ? Currently on hand and have been advised at 500mcg daily for each. Was thinking this for 8 weeks ans titrate down as needed?

Will definitely log weights and training moving forward.

Welcome to EVO logging bro! I remember you hopped on about a week ago and had listened to about 6 hours of EVO podcasts you're true die hard already!

Looks like you're on a nice little TRT+ w/ HGH cruise.

Knowing your caloric intake I can't tell if you're cutting or on a clean bulk which require very precise changes in diet according to your weight but I don't see your weight anywhere. Let us know your weight (for me in lbs would help but kg for the 'others' haha) but for now I'd say either way I'd up the protein and if you're cutting then those carbs are a bit too high and those calories can be cut a bit with the carbs switched for protein.

If you did post your weight and I missed it then my apologies.

Also, don't be shy in pinning your TB and BPC into your hips and then your knee area rotating day by day. The TB is more systemic but if it's a blend then you want the BPC near the site (the current practice with BPC). If they're separate then pin your BPC near injuries and TB anywhere subQ.

October bloods
Bro your bloods look fantastic! I love your January Test and Free Test with the rest of your bloodwork still in check now that is funny. That one little blip of high ALT don't worry about that it was barely out of range. Why no estrogen being tested?

You've got some good genetic to be running gear or you're a boat load of the right supplements that's for sure.

ALSO! Try and throw up your workouts in detail as well as you move along in your log.

I think ED injections can help for sure, if you can do them.

if you do more protein you'll feel the growth more.

For bpc you can start with 250mcg ED to test out and tb500 1mg 2x/week tos tart
before up or down we start there

Yeah I noticed I Jan I seemed to react to small amount very well. Glad to hear my bloods look good.

Im currently 86kg or 189 lbs

Coach hasn't really specified if cutting but i dare say we aiming for clean bulk.

My bpc and tb is together in a 10mg vial mixed with 2mm sp far. How would i go about the above suggestions if a mixed compound?

Yup that screen shot definitely showed it. Your bloods looked good EXCEPT for your e2. Bro your estrogen is almost double the highest end of the normal range. We need to get you on some aromasin 12.5 ED like, now! Retest and then maintain aromasin at 12.5 e2d since you're a high aromatizer where I'm not. Everyone is different.

You're running 175mg TestE/week and your T results make sense but you're aromatizing way too much.
 
Shit thats not good. I would of thought my coach would of pulled me up on this. I was however on 400mgs test for a few weeks leading up to these bloods. Maybe why he dropped it so significantly? Having done research and listening to podcasts i do have AROMASIN 10 on hand. Thoughts? Could it be because of 400mgs leading up too bloods

add aromasin eod 12.5mgs asap thats too high, 280 what I see is not good @josh91

What's the goal with your log? Looks like you have a weight loss and health stack on the go already.

How's the training? Post up some info on your training sessions.
 
The biggest issue I had when doing labor type work was food, food and food. Followed by rest.

Tricks.
1. Whenever the team stopped for a smoke or coffee break I'd coffee and snack.
2. If I did the silly hours around xmas I'd do 2 sessions a week. 2 x 40 mins and maintain only.
3. Train right after work. If I went home.... forget about it

bros you only 34 and already issues with hips and knees. gotta be careful with the wear and tear. hopefully the bpc and tb500 helps with the hgh @josh91

Im currently 86kg or 189 lbs

Coach hasn't really specified if cutting but i dare say we aiming for clean bulk.

My bpc and tb is together in a 10mg vial mixed with 2mm sp far. How would i go about the above suggestions if a mixed compound?
@josh91 I would go more aggressive the first month. Then you can start lowering the dosages. It's a good idea to front load these peptides sometimes.

After hours of research and listening to podcasts I thought its time to start a log so I can track my progress and welcome advice and hopefully answer some questions in the future.

A bit of history about myself. Im 34 and in construction. iv been training off and on since 17-18 years old. the first 3-4 years was very consistent, no tracking of food etc.

last 8-10 years has been pretty average sometimes 4 days a week sometime no training for months. fell into drug and alcohol abuse and noticed that training and staying accountable really helped to stay sober. Have been training solid for the last 10 months with multiple coaches and a steady diet etc. the last 3 moths I have really tried too dial in and I want to continue this pattern and get better and better

First 3 months of the year I decided to jump on Test e at 250mg a week split into 3 injections unfortunately I didn't do pre bloods but did do 4 weeks in bloods. Attached below.

Since jumping on with a new trainer very recently and recent blood work (attached below) this is where I am at. have been on this diet and training for 3 weeks now. starting new test amount and peptides yesterday.

Injuries: Arthritis in left hip. both knees recently giving me problems.

Before work bro. 5am atleast start training. Helps me get to hed early and sleep solid as ill be 20k steps whilst physical work. Seems to be working.
Aren't you boys out there before the crack of dawn most days. 5am hardly seems early enough for guys like you lol.

That's pretty bad ass hitting a session like that then hardscaping all day long. What type of work do you specialize in?

basically you have 1:1 ratio of bcp157 to tb500, every 500mcg of bcp will give you 500mcg tb500

Nice work legend and looking good, can tell your delts were hit well. I love the tempo control on the side laterals. I feel so many get caught up in swinging the weight with momentum and not controlling the weight. Add a slight pause at the top of each rep and dropset run down the rack on your last set to cook them proper 🔥💀

Also started Retautride which will be run at 500mcg twice a week. Also 4IUS of HGH before bed (3days in). 25mg of Test e daily which i may look at 3 or 4 times a week as 3 injections daily is a bit of a bitch.

Upped my protein to 300 grams a day, Around 3200 cals.

Woke up sore AF and tired today either know sleep was really good . Digging holes in the mud after a big shoulder session definitely didnt help. Will be resting today with an hour sauna this afternoon.

TB500 and BPC157 combo will keep that knee healing fast. Consider GHK as well.

300g protein is right where you need to stay anabolic while on retatrutide and GH.

anyone meal prepping using a smoker? Obviously chicken breast would be the go but any slow cooked red meat examples. I want brisket 🤣 but also know it wont fit macros etc?
Smoked chicken thighs work better than breast for prep since they stay juicy even after a few days in the fridge. Go 180C for about 45 min then finish low and slow with light applewood for flavor but thats not required. You can use other woods. @josh91

They keep lean macros similar to chicken if you stay near 90-95% lean.

@josh91 Your recomp is looking excellent! Amazing before and after pics so far. Protein is nice and high at 300g keep that as your absolute minimum. With that step count including your job PLUS workouts you'll need that protein.

Like I always say I'm not a fan of people that call themselves "coaches" I want to see their credentials first. Your 'coach' missing this is amateur hour.

@LevButlerov's dosing was bang on but you're gonna need to order more of this and I suggest running it for at least 4 months. If you have an injury the magic happens after 2 months and then it's all healing from there on after.
 
Yeah 100% man. Averaging 13k steps with obviously sweating whilst working. 35 degrees day. Even on reta my appetite is there.
Just your work alone will get you a great physique with proper diet. Add in the training and peds and you'll be a weapon bro

With you're type of work you'll need to becareful with your compound selections in the summer months and have lots of good electrolytes on hand when you're working.

Yeah definitely didnt consider compound choice. Im keeping things pretty simple and low dosages for a while man. In it for the long game. Pumping 4 litres minimum with electrolytes atm

Nice. Once on cycle in the summer you'll need to up whatever you're doing for hydration right now by like double. Make sure you show up to work prepared.

I'm in electrician so I don't work nearly as hard as you. But this summer when I was on cycle I was sweating through my shirts within minutes and needed way more water and electrolytes to avoid cramping up

Continued prep will make a huge difference and ease of staying on target brother for sure. When everything is already done all you have to do is grab a meal so then there is no excuses to fall off track.

Meal 1: cream of rice, wpi, nut butter and fruit
Meal 2: 5% mince rice veg and pineapple
Meal 3: chicken sausages/patty's 5% fat rice veg pineapple
Meal 4: same as above
Great looking prep there. Far from the typical stuff. Pineapple is great for digestion so that's a good ad. When it sits in the container with the food that long does it start adding pineapple flavor to stuff?

Yeh bro definitely did hey. Wasn't the biggest fan of it but chicken rice and pineapple do go together. Withe mince ill leave it separately

Yea I like pineapple flavour with anything so I'm game. The juice will tenderize the meat too. I think I might give that a go.

Since you said mince, I'm guessing you're an Aussie? I bet you guys get good fresh pineapple all year round right

Hey lads. Question about HGH new order is 24iu vials from the guys over @Raptor Labs. Rather then hassling them all the time thought id post here. My last order was 10iu vials. Same size and same amount of powder. Is just more potent type thing? Also big shout out to @Raptor Labs. The customer service, shipping and qaulity of product is outstanding. Yes correct, the 24iu vials just mean it’s a higher potency concentration of the same peptide, so you’ll reconstitute with more bac water or dose smaller volume per injection. @josh91 I believe we discussed this in DMs as well :D

I used @Raptor Labs for fertility products, so alot of faith put into them for that, worked a treat, I cant speak highly enough for that lab, I have used their GH too, your in amazing hands.

Thanks man. HYROX is tough but good fun. Would never compete to much cardio.

Can you share more about what you used and how fertility wise. Im.legit looking at going down that path next year. If ya dont mind
