A lot of people underrate mushrooms but they really are good for you.

They have some good bodybuilding traits And have a lot of nutrition that are not found in other Foods.

Been nursing this injury a bit longer than I hoped. Still super tender. I fasted until past 1pm today. Got blood drawn for my quarterly check up then ran 45 mins on the arc trainer. Doctor appointment is Monday. Looking forward to seeing my bloodwork. Been a bit tired lately and sex drive has been lower than usual.
Skipped lifting this week due to that injury in hopes to be ready to blast next week. We’ll see where I’m at after my appointment.

As we get older, we're always gonna be nurising different injuries.

that is gonna be important to see.
 
If your cholesterol levels are off a little bit, it's not the end of the world but just monitor it going forward.
 
I think everybody should be having their arteries checked as we get older.

It's a must especially once you get into your 50s.
 
If you've had a history of eating poorly or recreational drugs in your past, I can see it being something to be concerned about.

if you are going to use steroids then cholesterol is gonna get thrown off. if you are concerned just come off the steroids for a full year and let things relax
I’m not concerned if it’s from the peds. But my doctor doesn’t know about that and she’s worried it’s hereditary. So as long as I get this test done and it’s not bad, we’ll just try to mitigate my cholesterol levels with some medication. I think it’s maybe just some of the hoops I have to jump through with my doc. In a lot of ways, nice going to my ex wife’s office, but i can’t necessarily be honest with my ped use. Any advice would be great. I don’t want to learn how to fool them seeing how they are trying to keep me healthy. But I would like to avoid this every 4 months.

I’m on 100mg/ week of Test C for my trt.
Going to run Test, Deca Durabolin, dbol, Proviron, and I’ll run anestrozole with it.

This my 3rd cycle and I’m looking for size gains and strength. Want to build shape in my chest and shoulders and to break plateaus in the gym

Started dbol at 20mg a day 2 days ago.
Injected my first dose of 1mL of TestC @ 250mg/mL and 1mL of Deca @ 300mg/mL 2 days ago.

Thinking 500mg of test and 600 mg of Deca MAX per week. But probably start lower. I’ve listened to lots of the pod casts. I heard them mention letting Deca run the cycle. I heard 300 test / 400 deca. I heard 500 test / 300 deca.
I have TestC 250 mg/mL and deca 300mg/mL
I do have it in my head to go a bit harder this time around but I know I’ve heard that there is no reason to push it.
Let’s hear some thoughts on this cycle please
 
I rolled my ankle, right before the gym, as I was taking out the trash. Didn’t think it would bother me because it wasn’t bad but it did affect the outer section of my calf on the heavy squats so I stopped early.

Leg Day 1 - Week 6 of 25’: 3-6-25

20mgs dbol is fine max it at 50mgs dbol make sure you using cycle support n2guard with it

i think you need much lower test deca mix
start with 300mgs test and 100mgs deca and ramp up every 2 weeks slowly

As for the stack: last time I ran npp a 400mg/week and test at 400mg/week.
But maybe I’ll run more test than Deca this time and see how it goes. Can always increase later. Hoping some other people will chime in. Always appreciate ya bro! 👊🏼
 
spraining an ankle can be a really tough injury. depending on how bad it is

as far as the cycle. i would do 150 test, 400 deca and 50mgs a day proviron (or 25mgs a day)
I heard that cycle option in one of the podcasts. But I’m on 100mg/ week of trt already so that’s basically no change. I guess when I hear test numbers, I tend to take those and add my trt does since that’s what I’m on to get in the normal range. Lmk if that’s not the right way to think about it.

Ankle is all muscle soreness. Seemed like nothing until it came down to lifting. I went hard anyways so I’ll see. Hopefully it’s quick to recover. Such a stupid little thing I never would have thought of happening and at the start of a cycle.

really only thing you can do is lower dosages and load up on n2guard and support supps.

you can also try and time coming off around the time you get bloods. but its not good to have cholesterol off for a long period. the longer that happens the more likely you end up with a stroke sooner in life

you know you can do 400/400 but give your body time to pyramid
 
Sometimes it's better to keep your test, those closer to trt. This way, you give Deca a chance to give you clean gains.
 
if you hike up the test dose with deca you better use adex or aromasin.

It can be an estrogen mass and that's not what you want.
 
You gotta experiment with different dosages. See what works best for you based on what you're looking for and the body you want.
 
I would get a doctor to take a look at your ankle. You might need a boot otherwise, it's not going to heal very fast.
 
That's good that you're asking the right questions. For me, my cholesterol level stayed elevated for years and then I found out I had to get an angioplasty. That's not what you want. It's a very expensive thing to do.

Oh that’s no good for sure! Not sure if you saw my post but I did the recommended coronary calcium scan and it came back with a Zero score. So my heart looks good.
 
I wouldn't jump on your cycle until your ankle feels better.

Ankle injuries can take a long time to heal, since we're always walking on them.
Feels so much better already. I barely rolled it. Didn’t even think it was bothered but about 45 mins later I noticed it was stressed a bit. I have another few days before my next leg day. I’ll be keeping a close eye on it. Thanks bro!

@Cronus402 I hate when I roll my ankles. I do it often as they seem week from where I played basketball my whole life and rolled them a lot when I was younger.

Went and saw some friends and then hit the gym. Took some extra dbol because I’ve been questioning the pumps on it. First day it seemed great at 10mg. But when I take my morning and afternoon dose, at work, I’m not feeling it. Last GP dbol left me with a visible pump like 15-30 mins after I’d take 10mg. And that was just standing around. Not while lifting.
Anyways, with that on my mind and loosing some sleep, I thought I’d take 40mg vs 20-30 and it left me kinda short breathed in the later reps, gave me some pumps with the lifts but not like last time. i don’t think the strength is as much as the last gp dbol. Or perhaps im just reacting to it differently. Not sure if other medications affect this stuff. I’m on a few maintenance drugs like cholesterol meds, heartburn meds, and some allergy meds. But if I had taken 40 mg from that last batch, it would have been a real problem with the pump. Lol.
Hopefully some of the more experienced guys here can let me know what they think.

Hey fam,
Back from my last cycle log. Going to keep that open for a little bit longer as I get my bloods redone and we have some discussions about them.
But anyways, I’m happy to be back from vacation and back into the gym.
Broke my pinky toe while we were gone. Caught it on the couch in the RV when my wife was drunk af and wanted me to go get her some ritz crackers!
It’s funny now but I couldn’t wear a shoe for about 10 days. Lucky for me, outside of having to wear dress shoes for my brother’s wedding, I was at the beach and wore flip flops all vacation.
So I’m home now and it was a very productive month. But my AST and ALT are both super high.
Doctor had me on some antibiotics for a bad cold we all caught on vacation. She thinks it’s from that since that’s common. But also, I ran like 3.5 weeks of superdrol on the back end of my cycle. Cycle ended about mid June. I was off all gear outside of testosterone from that point on. I did run my test a little higher for like 2 weeks longer.
So I’m due to retake bloods next week. I’m taking 7 caps of n2guard a day and donating tomorrow. Hopefully my levels go down some.

Hey fam,
Back from my last cycle log. Going to keep that open for a little bit longer as I get my bloods redone and we have some discussions about them.
But anyways, I’m happy to be back from vacation and back into the gym.
Broke my pinky toe while we were gone. Caught it on the couch in the RV when my wife was drunk af and wanted me to go get her some ritz crackers!
It’s funny now but I couldn’t wear a shoe for about 10 days. Lucky for me, outside of having to wear dress shoes for my brother’s wedding, I was at the beach and wore flip flops all vacation.
So I’m home now and it was a very productive month. But my AST and ALT are both super high.
Doctor had me on some antibiotics for a bad cold we all caught on vacation. She thinks it’s from that since that’s common. But also, I ran like 3.5 weeks of superdrol on the back end of my cycle. That toe story is classic man hope it’s healing up now.

Superdrol always spikes AST and ALT so between that and antibiotics it makes sense they’re high. Good call on the N2Guard and donating blood that should help bring things down. Keep your water high and maybe add in some more n2guard if you’re not already. Sounds like you’re staying on top of it and handling it smart.
