@LevButlerov I’ll monitor it and see how i go heard it takes a good 8 weeks to kick in? How long till I start to feel side effects yiu reckon ? And for injuries doesn’t take much especially the way I play I go in pretty hard and have taken a few hits lucky nothing major but enough to make you feel pretty sore and stiff for a few days lucky I’ve got a good recovery protocol to help me bounce back into action
