Mobster im a lone wolf reason being other people slow me down. I train till failure not fatigue and I just havent found a suitable training partner but ill try to get some better pics going forward!
Also still remaining pretty lean in the midsection as my strength continues to increase. I just got covid for the second time as well but not feeling too bad just pushing through my workouts and eating as much protein as possible.

Pulling day was today went a little crazy with the rows, pull-ups, chins, etc but lats are filling in really nicely too. Sad to see I only have a couple weeks left on cycle but alas PCT needs to be done!
Next cycle looking to run the T400 I have from Euro plus Var + Primo so if anyone wants me to log a cycle with Primo for a discount on product let me know!

Today was pushing day. Mixed around my exercises as when I start to plateau a little on bench I like to pre-fatigue my triceps so chest is doing most of the pushing so I hammered out around 8 sets of triceps exercises and then did 5 sets of 12 reps with 100 pound dumbbells and then moved over to flat bench.
Didnt try to max out so I put 225 on the bar and essentially I do 4 reps, rack the weight, wait 15-20 seconds, then do 4 more, etc until im down to 1 rep. It doesnt sound like a lot but in the end I usually end up doing close to 75 reps of 225 to get some of that progressive overload.
Then I bounced over to cable flys, incline dumbbell flys, kneeling 2 hand landmine press with 245 on the bar, and then finally some more triceps and light shoulders.
Abs are cloudy in this pic as I drink about a half gallon of water before I work out then another half gallon or more when training so super bloated but def gaining size in my chest, triceps, and shoulders.
Also in the shirtless pic you can see my lats sticking out they are getting wide I am up to a size 52" chest now.

Today was pulling day for me. Again back is getting really wide to the point where im not going to be able to fit through doors soon.
Exercises went as follows:
(warmup)
3 x 12 pullups
3 x 10 chin ups
(working sets)
4 x 12/9/8/7 wide grip lat pulldowns with 250 pounds on machine
4 x 12/9/9/7 close grip pulldowns with 250 pounds on machine
4 x 15/12/10/9 seated close grip rows with 240 pounds on machine
4 x 12/10/8/7 seated wide grip rows with 240 pounds on machine
4 x 14/12/9/8 standing cross pulley cable back extensions with 50 pounds on each handle
4 x 12/9/8/8 on t-bar row with (3) 45 pound plates loaded
5 x 10/9/8/8/7 single handed dumbbell rows with 140 pound dumbbells
4 x 12/11/9/8 cable curls with 85 pounds on machine
Then finished running the rack with hammer curls starting with 60 pounds down to 20 each dumbbell set dropping 5 pounds until my biceps are cooked
Brutal workout, lots of volume, and this gets done in 60 mins I time myself no more and no less im in and out.
Updated back pic. Again pretty wide. Head hat size is a 7 3/4 so no my head isnt small LOL. Also yes im as tall as the door.

Diet is solid but next cycle will focus even more on cleaning it up to lean out even more.
Ok last week of my cycle coming up!
Overall happy with the results. Got leaner and got hella thick.
Did chest yesterday wont go into all the details but it was flat bench, landmine press, cable flys, dumbbell flys, incline dumbbell bench press, lat raises for shoulders, dips, tricep pushdowns, diamond pushups, and then overhead triceps extensions.
Got a nasty pump going starting to really get striations in the center of my chest.
Also XL t-shirts not even close to fitting anymore LOL!

Thanks Masonic! Just an update as well as im wrapping up my PCT in the next 10 days. PCT was:
1) 25mg clomid/20mg nolva a day for the first 3 weeks then half that for the last 3 weeks (12.5mg/10mg)
2) Aromasin tapered off over the first 3 weeks. I was only taking 200mg/week test and around 5mg/EOD as it had my estrogen spot on so ran 5mg/EOD for 10 days then 2.5mg/EOD for 10 more days
3) N2GenerateES - a must!
4) N2Guard - a must!
5) Cardaine (GW-501516) from date of last shot through PCT and onwards I wont stop this with PCT
Overall feel great! Strength has taken a hit but nothing crazy and weight is within 5 pounds of what I was end of cycle (starting to lean out a little bit more now with my diet). Pics below have maintained a lot of my size in my back and my chest. Arms have taken a little ding but nothing crazy. Overall going well. Will run bloods post PCT to make sure everything back in check and then will really focus on dialing in diet for my test/primo/anavarf cycle come early next year.

Yea like im 41 test levels are lower than when in my 20s and 30s but knowing all the things I didnt do right back then I can actually look better at 41 than I did when I was younger and being much more lax with mainly my diet.
The funny thing is people think im still in my 20s (I dont see it but) just due to the fact that I take care of myself, eat right, and big thing always wearing 75 SPF zinc-oxide sunscreen in both my face lotion and rest of my body whenever exposed to the sun.
Plus it helps that my dad at age 77 has an absolutely full head of hair and luckily I got his hair genetics LOL!
