Hello everybody. New member here! Not new to the game, just figured I would stop lurking on this forum after almost two years and join.

I know this is going to date me but it might bring back some memories from some of the older guys on here... I use to be on the following forums back in 2002-2005:

Having kids, running a business and life took over and I have been away from the scene for a bit. However, I am glad to be back lifting heavy, consistently and feeling great.

I just wanted to make my first post and say hi and that I am glad to be here.

stevesmi... thanks, I didn't know that. My old user was colt1911 over on elite. I don't thing I have posted since like early or mid 2000's, I tried using my old password and it worked LOL. However, evidently I need to sign up for platinum in order to post. I think I will just stay here. The other site I signed up on today was MesoRX. I don't know if I will post over there but I lurk a lot. I didn't know if you were a Marine, since your photo avatar looks like me standing at attention in parade formation when I was a Marine. Semper Fi if you are/were.

no bro not a marine at all, never was in the military. I considered doing the military when i was pre-med, but at that time the big thing was tech and finance, so i went a different direction. my best friend is Navy and my ex was also Navy so I lived near a base so I am very close to the military and support our current and vet troops 100%

Glad to have you here. Great job getting back into things. This is so common. We actually talked about that on a recent podcast. Almost everyone takes a "break" from fitness at some point. Sometimes it is marriage, kids, and other times it is work related, etc. In any event, glad you are back in the game!
