It has been brought to my attention again via my staff that was abused and threatened today about postage delays.
We are not the postal service we do not have control over the post.
Any delay is not of our making.
We don't care wether xyz vendor was quicker we do know that we strive for the best quality and safety for our end users.
Any abusive interactions and threatening behaviour will immediately be met with a ban.

Well said brother!! Abusive behaviour shouldn't be tolerated ever, these guys as we have said before know they are buying drugs online, ur not fucking buying from ebay, or Facebook market place,

Once u have tried @ODINLABS oils u would really wish u wouldn't have abused him or their staff as their oils are top notch!!

If u need ur oils quicker then that's really on u for leaving it so late

All the recent postage experiences have been posted in this thread, all ordered have always been received or rectified if the worst happens. The team has explained reasons behind choosing to use standard post in this current climate and all of this is displayed transparently in this thread for new and existing customers. At the end of the day once it leaves the hands of the lab its is out of the labs hands one thing that has been shown and reciprocated everytime is the elite quality of the gear so try to focus on that and not the incompetence of Australia post. Everyone just needs to be patient and dont make it the vendors fault if you've left it till the last minute to order
You can literally go through Odins thread and everyone gets their gear! Same as other vendors that take just as long in the current circumstances.

People need to relax don't wait till the last minute to order your stock auspost are SLOW at the moment especially with the floods and all going on give yourself 2 weeks no vendor has control over the postal service sit tight your package will arrive

Just placed an order for some more oils, I dnt need any, it's more of a want to stock up and never get low enough, such a smooth transaction, can't wait to receive them, it's more of a want of the clear labels haha

Exactly bro.. the audacity of some of these guys going off about their illegal substances not arriving in time
Odin never sends express post - thats his rule and to keep his Opsec safe.
If people dont want to wait for quality gear then theres other vendors out there that will send express. Every vendor has their own rules of ordering and we accept that at the time of ordering.
So I dont get why these guys get butthurt over it
Leaving ordering to the last 1ml of gear is fucking ridiculous though hahaha
