Optimizing recovery/healing with anabolics?

Wasnt sure how to title this one
I have a unique problem I think
I've been to doctors and physical therapists
Massage therapists, dry needle/acupuncture, ect
I have some sort of issues with my back muscles getting super fatigued and tight/sore from working in a factory the last ten years. I'm in severe pain every day and barely make it through the work week. I've been dealing with this for well over 2 years, and its totally ruining my life.
My back just wont heal up, no matter what I do. Not working or finding another job isnt an option

I was hoping as atleast ditch effort that supplementing some test, or other muscle enhancing steroid or hormone might stimulate the recovery process. I'm desperate here.

I'm very hesitant to inject any thing, but I will try anything at this point. My research thus far has mentioned that test and others can boost the healing process specifically in joints muscles and ligaments.

I know this is a long shot, but any help is much appreciated

That sounds like a medical condition so take what we say with research in mind.

I would try ostarine mk2866 50mgs/day and n2joint rx 5 tabs/day. You can also consider peptides like BPC.

The issue is that we are guessing here, so my above suggestion is just what I see working for bodybuilders.

Have you thought about Yoga? might be a good option too.
 
Wow ostarine sounds great. I hadn't ran across it until now...
I have a torn up shoulders and bad joints in my hands aswell, so that sounds like something I could benifit from. Thanks for the suggestions. I do half ass yoga at times when it gets really bad, but I should really try putting some serious effort into it.

I was considering tbol aswell since I already have some hair loss and prone to bad acne. But I've read of the painful muscle pumps, and was worried it may make my back even worse??
 
LEV -thanks for bring us sarms, I had no idea... Any reason why you suggest ostarine over the others like mk277 and lgd? I already have acne issues and thinning hair so I dont want to make it any worse than it already is.... but sarms shouldn't have any effect on this correct?

The healing stack at sarms4sale is one that i had them add, and it would be more than ideal for your situation... i would strongly suggest staying on the 677 at least 6 months but a year is more optimal... it is the closest thing to hgh you can get, and not only do you not have to inject it but it is more cost effective as well...

Start with stretching in the hot shower morning and night(if you know how?), do some yoga if you can, add 50 mgs of MK2866 and n2joint rx

The best and healthiest think you can do for you is take some test like 250mg test week and 3ius HGH ED and you will recover much much quicker . You dot need anything more than that
 
The guys are almost certainly wrong and I'll tell you why.

What you do, and you indicated work is probably at the root of it, is keep doing the same damn thing every day which keeps it exactly where it is. Throwing drugs at it will not heal it if your job and the posture you use made it that way. All of us who lift have issues caused by lifting. We get told 'don't do that'... but we don't listen any more than you do. So we put up with it.

Rest, rehab and a job change - you KNOW that's what's really needed. Then drugs will help the recovery

everyone has suggested things to TAKE which are worth a shot. i will tell you some tips for back pain

1. invest in an inversion table, they are cheap off of amazon and will help you right away
2. do some real yoga, not half ass yoga. yoga will de compress your spine, increase flexibility and mobility. every animal that has a spine on earth does yoga and stretches instinctively. babies do it too. yet as human adults we are too smart for our own good

you likely have some disc issues in the back. those aren't cureable BUT you can control the issue by making some changes.

don't go to a chiropractor and don't take these nasty PK drugs that tear up your stomach and don't work.

Dylan did you give you a great stack but I’m gonna have to agree with mobster if your job is causing it no amount of drugs are going to fix the issue when you keep doing everyday what is causing the issue.

I've tried different positions at work, but they all cause the same issues for me. My back stays e extremely tight fatigued and sore. It's way worse than what a normal person would experience.
 
Ostarine is a good healing compound but what you are describing, I doubt it will make any noticeable difference. You would want something like HGH which can cost as much as a mortgage payment.

So I just wasted 80 bucks??
Maybe I should have went with the mk277? But it takes months to get any benifits from that, if I've read correctly...

You didn't waste 80$. Ostarine can help with healing and DOES. 50mgs of ostarine mk2866 in studies helped recovery and injury but mixing with nutrobal mk677 is optimal for gains.
