Pigsy's training log

Coming up to 18 weeks out from competition. Food now at 1850 calories 250g protein, 100g carbs 70g fats. 30 minutes every morning fasted hiit cardio. And 30 minutes post workout steady state cardio. Body weight is 107kg/235.8lbs. started prep cycle 200mg test P, 300 tren a. 400 mast P. Per week. 2 UI hgh fasted before morning cardio. Liver support. Evening drink of 1 cup chamomile tea, 1 table spoon apple cider vinegar, juice half a lemon and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Hope drop a pound a week weight.

Feeling good strong and energy high.

In a few more weeks it'll be head down and grand

Yes it the biggest gym in my area. Thought I give it a try. Was raining all day so wasn't working at vineyard. So made use of the off time to try a different gym

Side chest is looking awesome. I drink apple cider and lemon juice with cinnamon to, helps my bloat.

14 week out check-in done with coach this morning. These are the progress pics taking first thing in the morning on waking. Diet still 1850 calories, 230p, 100c, 70f. 7 X a week 45minutes hiit cardio fasted. And 45 minutes evening cardio. Still taking in my drink mix morning and night. Peds have gone up a little. 300 test E and 200 tren a and 300 mast P per week. Ai EOD, plus fish oil, multi vitamin, b 12, liver support. Feeling good energy good strength good.

Also have new training program I be starting today so will post up.

Yes I do cardio everyday was 45 minutes each coach bumped me upto 60 minutes each
