Pretty happy with my health markers after 15 weeks. Time to send it for the last four weeks 😂

AST/ALT are standard elevated from training. Creatinine is elevated from taking creatine. Other markers for kidney and liver are fine. Still taking TUDCA, NAC etc
its possible its high from training but that would still require more liver organ support

Even if they were in pounds, they would be big.
 
300kg deadlift is big money ball! you are a beast!
 
Not bad blood work for sure. A lot of those numbers will normalize once you come off,
 
Keep up the good work champ. Deliver numbers definitely can be improved, but they will definitely once you come off.
