@Corn Gromwell Solid pulling session! Those deadlifts at 300kg and 290kg are impressive. Good work incorporating accessory movements like RDLs, split squats, and hamstring curls for balanced leg development. Keep up the great work!

2 x 10 Hanging knee tuck ➡️ 2 x 12 x BW+7.5kg single leg hip thrust
 
I really am considering using wraps when squatting. Even if I don't compete with wraps it could help build a bigger sleeved squat just because of the CNS load of being able to put so much more weight on your back.

Yeah interesting, after getting injured I went back and did a couple of comps in sleeves and had no trouble with the weight on the back and unracking it because I’d done much heavier in wraps

Was going to run the Tren much higher, but progesterone was a touch on the high side already. No side effects from it, but didn’t want to run into unnecessary issues.
@Corn Gromwell you using dostinex with this bro? get some cabergoline with all the tren you using

What specifically are you looking for or expecting as far as wanting to see the prolactin number? None of the compounds in the dosages he’s on are going to affect prolactin majorly, are they?
