Mate no offense but I’d hazard a guess that vendors have work, life and family outside of their side business. Some may be away on holiday, away for work, etc.

I think raptor postage is regular, with current situation with auspost usually takes around 2 weeks give it a time.

We are all good, just catching up on orders.
We have had a huge influx of messages last week, a lot of messages got missed, a few orders got missed and we were chasing our tail.
We decided to just focus on the orders that have been paid for before accepting new orders, so our comms were down.
I do apologise, we should have put something up on the forum to let everyone know, but my priority was just making sure people got the products they ordered and making sure our quality didn’t drop.
I believe we have gotten back to everyone now, it’s taken a few days to catch up. Any orders we have missed will be resolved. We aren’t perfect and we did miss a few things but its being fixed up as we speak.
We have made a few changes which will help us keep up with this new pace. We appreciate everyone’s concerns and also everyone’s support.
