It’s been like 4 or 5 years since I used testosterone. I’m currently 45 years old. I work out all the time, I do a lot of cardio and I do weight training, five times a week. I’m in really good shape for my age, I’m 214 lbs and 6’1” and 13% body fat. Looking to get even more results, more muscle, and less body fat. So I want to do some testosterone. Do you think I should jump into 500 mg a week right off the bat or should I start at a low dose? Maybe 100 mg and work my way up?
