Hi all,

Have started a new thread as i have the great pleasure to announce that @shadow labs is supporting me with finally achieving my goals.

Why did i stop ? started getting really depressed and didn't want to get up or train or do anything, after a blood test found i had crashed my e2 and my test had also dropped, put it down to under strength gear.

After a few months of feeling sorry for myself i reached out to @shadow labs who has kindly agreed to support me.

I have been away on Holiday and was trying to arrange everything from overseas so i had what i needed to start as soon as im back.

Shadow labs was fantastic with this and i had a great touch down as you will see photo attached, how pretty does that little line up look :)

Shadow was so easy to work with and i have tried the first jab and was smooth as with no Pip, highly recommend.

Just waiting on Yohimbine from @Gold Standard Labs and some Mirabegron from @helionlabs

I have added the photo of where i was at and where i am now, have a long way to go and i need this.

I will be logging daily and will update the training each day

Ill do some photos of the food i eat, tomorrow, i do add some spices to living things up a little but all from scratch so no nasties.

Crazy thing is i only stopped the T from the first of April so wasnt that long, will certanly be giving @shadow labs TRT a work out :)

Thanks for the support, hasnt been an easy ride and get in your own head, when i crashed my e2 i was in a real bad place, now that is back up and on the TRT hoping to see good things, aching though from doing training which is nice as i know i worked hard but not so nice either.

I am used to lower but i have been all over the place with meds and sleep being dog shit with travelling, will keep a close eye on it and have had my telmisartin arrive today which helps with bp if i need a liitle boost

@JasonM50 Yeah definitely keep up with the RETA. You want to make sure you continue to cut down. It's probably a thing where you have to stay on it going forward.

Thank you all again for your support, think i have found the reason for the blood pressure, have been feeling really under the weather after my trip abroad and have been to the docs, have been given antibiotics and they are testing for bronchitis and pneumonia, i am running a temp so need to take meds and rest for a couple of days,
i will keep up with the oils as my T was so low, will be back to training as soon as i can breath properly

Will do a training session tomorrow and see how i hold up.

Excellent log 👏 hope you're doing well and we'll see another update soon.

On your training log: I'd love to see one more set to failure or near failure on most or all lifts, if that's something you feel you could do safely. Personally, when I see sets with the same number of reps I wonder if the lifter could be working harder. I like to see fewer reps on the last set because you pushed until you couldn't keep form or the target muscle failed (safely). Maybe you're using tempo and eccentric control to achieve this in your current rep range, though, and my suggestion just doesn't apply.

Anyway, looking good!
