@RoidRage69 Hey, solid bench day! Hitting 385x1 on Flat Bench is impressive, and your progression looks strong. Nice PR on reps with the Seated Dip Machine at 360. Cable Flys and Skull Crushers add good variety, and the 35min treadmill is a great finish. Keep getting strong AF!
 
This is what I'm thinking for my short 8 week comp cycle starting June 1st.
250mg Sustanon
150mg Test Prop
300mg Primo
200mg Masteron
100mg Tren E
150mg NPP

Will taper the Sustanon to 0 within 3 weeks in so it's all Test Prop for majority of cycle. Most likely increase test Prop to 100mg 3 days per week. Also will add in Superdrol on training days for final 4 weeks of cycle into the comp. This should keep water retention down I would think for this cycle. Will also be on semaglutide and eating 1750-2200 cals per day. Is there any benefit for me to to use Mast P over Mast E in this strength based cycle? Would I expect any more strength or aggression using prop over E? Or would it be negligible?
 
No it's not that at all. Glycogen and creatine alone will drop 10 lbs. Im not holding water the way you say. My face is thin and I have veins. From this point forward I am going to just post my workout and no more commentary. Not worth it anymore to argue over anything. Not a loss for me.

I don't see why you're taking it personal. I was just asking you about your estrogen levels and your prolactin levels, which is reasonable for a guy your age with your cycle. No need to get snappy and angry at me, EVO family is trying to help and make suggestions, doesn't mean you have to do them. Feels like you want to argue with anyone who asks you anything, why? whats your issue here? Every time a positive suggestion is made, especially something like your blood work, you start attacking and getting roidrage and angry, though lol :P your username is @RoidRage69 I guess it's fitting.
 
The problem is you always have the last word. I hane zero reason to worry about my bloods atm. I have zero complaints. I will get bloods when my doctor feels I should have them done. My blood pressure is perfect as I stopped taking blood pressure meds and my blood sugars are perfect as well as low water retention. I don't abuse steroids like the majority. I also eat cleaner now than ever. If I was worried and felt something was off I would get them done but at this point it won't help as I stopped Tren 3 weeks ago and am in the process of tapering mall my stuff down to 1/3 of what I was on. Hoping this clears it up for you. Another thing is I won't be posting any bloodwork on here as it last my own personal bio data and it's my right to so. Thet more you push the more I will push back. Not going to let you ruin my log. If you push back my wife and I will permanently leave this site for good. There are other sites out there not affiliated here. Social media is where we are heading shortly.

I think you both have decent points and those who need direction will take it from wherever needed. @LevButlerov and @RoidRage69 At this point pretty dialed into our bodies cues and symptoms where some may not so it’s all good guys. 💪🌸
 
Great job on your workouts, however. I would use mast p because it's such a short cycle, too. Cycle layout looks good. Let me know how the superdrol works for you. Some people find it doesn't work nearly as well as it should, while some love it.

I love superdrol about the same as I love TNE. Amazing strength gains.
I used it for the first 4 weeks of this cycle. I stopped early so I could start 300 tren.
Didn't want to put too much stress on body.

It's thay good? Haha you've almost convinced me to swap it out for the anadrol 2 weeks out. Smart idea to switch it out, yeah. Tne is amazing even at 105 mg/week like I'm using. +90 pounds to my total this last 2 weeks and 3 days.

I was using 50mg every morning. Got painful by week 12. Had to stop as started to get lumps in my lats.

I like quads- I feel no pain with TNE in them. Back before I got caught I was doing 50 mg a day as well. That hurt like hell. I was walking on campus the next day like I had a stick up my butt. Might try lat injection next cycle- we'll see.
 
Nice plate loaded dip weight 😊 i have to go old school at my gym for those, belt with a chain and clip, run the chain through the weights and attach around my waist.

Had a decent day today. Lowered weights on everything and concentrated on speed for deadlifts with the pause in place. Nice and explosive half sec reps after the pause. This should really strengthen the lower back and get it ready for next month for the peaking cycle IMO. Will also increase strength as speed is half the equation. Will hopefully be able to increase paused speed deads 10 lbs each week until we start the peaking cycle in June. Will most likely do the same with squats and just do pause deads, pause squats, and pause incline benches for the main compound lifts. We will also be adding in close grip bench on arm/delt day and RDL on squat day. Hopefully I can recover each week on half the PED dosages and calorie deficit. OK everyone have a good weekend and get Strong AF!!!

I forgot to crap this morning before weigh in. Later in the day I filled the toilet. I would have been 4 lbs lighter had I went before weigh in. Fat is dropping off faster now. Also took 1/2 my normal dose of PED today. Also increased semaglutide up another .25mg today. Watch the next couple weeks. Expect to start dropping water as well.

Digestion seems fine. I should be below 240 on Friday morning since I had some carbs the last couple days around training as well as inflammation from the change in training volume. Back is still pumped from 4 days ago.

Good digestion is key especially with GLP-1s in the mix.

Yep. I seem to do well and crap once a day so seems things are going well. I guess since I'm eating clean and the only fats I get are from walnuts.
I love walnut fats, perfect omega 3.

You definitely pushing it, that is even less than what i will be eating on my cut, i remember those days with calories being that low, suffering at its finest.

It's easy with semaglutide. I ate 1700 cals today no problem. As long as carbs are low it's easy. Good fats from walnuts keeps digestion slow with no insulin spikes. I had three meals in a row today with just protein shake and walnuts. Last meal of day was 2 chicken enchiladas and small amount of rice.

Yeah that is interesting that the glp1 makes it alot easier when eating super low for a cut, i might at some point nees to try it and see what i can make happen.

Almost feels like cheating with the Semaglutide. Only issue I have had is the heartburn. Slower digestion. Digestive enzymes, tums are friends, sometimes omeprazole.

Not bad considering ive tapered my doses to a third on most things and half on test. Two more weeks and then we fire up the doses again with some tren and masteron combined with the primo, Test, and NPP. Cant wait to see the poundages skyrocked again for a couple months. Ok everyone have a good finish to the week and get Strong AF!!!

It looked like it was gonna go up too. Your legs started to shake and it just stalled. Farthest it’s gone yet. Was a good attempt. 😍💪🌸
