Hey everyone
I want some recommendations on my second cycle i tried my first with test 300mg/ week last year. I was not consistent with my diet and training so gained a lot of water. So been consistent with training amd diet lost some fat im 25 with around 20% body fat 5’11 amd want to do a lean bulk gain some quality muscles.

Did some research and got test and primo is good for second cycle but primo is freaking expensive.

There’s no such thing as a lean bulk when you’re 20% BF lol. You need to aggressively cut. You should never bulk if you’re over 12% BF. If you’re serious about building your body you need to lean out to 10% minimum before bulking

test eq and gh would be your best friends for a quality lean bulk. I would suggest getting to sub 15% BF tho as your will have e2 issues at a higher bf %

have you looked into reta? that is a great way to get your body fat under control

Cut first, you’ll love the way you look going between 12 and 18% cutting and bulking

For a lean bulk use Reta and calorie deficit with hard training to get as lean possible and then you can blast. Use TRT to stay in high range T levels (over more) during your cut.
