Hello all,

I've been guided to start a log to help with my cycle and also receive advice from the wider community which would be great!

Currently this is my third cycle running 250mg test e as I haven't cycled for 6 months and am easing back into the cycle.

181cm, 85kg currently
250mg test e

daily intake:
4200 Cals (C/P/F 50/35/15)
5g Creatine
Multi Vit
Fish Oil

My current goal is to bulk more at least up to 90-95kg and then cut back down. Reason I started gear was out of curiosity and my mate had given me just a beginner cycle to see how my body would react, and so far I've decided to commit to it as being in the gym has helped my life dramatically both physical and mental state.

Any advice and help would be great as I am still a novice, I plan to bump up to 500mg test e and am considering stacking other things such as mast, tren e and anavar.
Currently fourth week since starting a 250mg test e cycle.

What's your cycle length brother? Should have just run 500mg test from the start and let the ester titrate for you. If you looking to put on 10kg of "weight" would be better off stacking the test with deca and dbol. Test mast and anavar not going to get you the numbers your after but would be much cleaner lean gains. As for tren have you run that demon before? Also how old are you bro?

I have yet to run tren, as I wasn't sure how far I would commit to this but as I've made the decision to commit, I'm willing to find the best stack for my current goal which is to bulk as previously gaining weight was a big issue for me despite eating enough. I'm 24 :)
 
Test, deca and dbol is what your after bro. Leave the tren for later, if at all.. it's a different monster bro. No get ready a lot of people are going to tell you to wait because of your age but you have already run gear so it is what it is. The important thing now is you get a log going and log all of it to detail so if you have any dramas on the way you will get accurate advice. Evo is a complete no judgement family legend and we're all here to help but if you leave details out you might not get the right advice and hormones and your health aren't something to take lightly. Moving on from all that bro super excited to see how this cycle goes for you and what progress you can make!! Train hard and eat clean and you will get the bang for your buck.

Your in the right place at evo bro that's for sure! What's you previous ped use? As in what we're your previous cycles and dosages? As for dosages moving foward ill leave that advice to the seasoned veterans on here. But I will tag some in for you too, and they might even recommend going down a different pathway with cycle protocol to suit your goals 😉

@o3475x. Welcome to EVO!
Run the 500mg/wk from the start. No reason to titrate up. The ester will build the hormone into your blood over 4-5 weeks.
Don't add anything this cycle as your already into it, unless you add an oral later on.
When looking for cycle advice you really should be asking questions prior to starting.
Start posting daily diet/training.

Previously I was cycling only Test first cycle 250mg for 12 weeks and then second was 500mg for another 12 weeks - my body reacted to it, did my bloods and everything checked out pre and post cycle

You sure you want to bulk? you seem pretty big already. Would look like a cut is needed first before you bulk or a lean cut like a recomp.

Yeah I was thinking it maybe best to cut down a little and then go from there, but since I'm already 1/3 of the way I might aswell finish the bulk and plan a lean cut from there!

Incline Smith Machine - 3 working sets

Meal 3 - Rice cakes w/honey + protein cookie

So far fourth week in feeling good - currently up 3-4 kg weighing myself daily in the morning to track progress. Feeling great!
 
I think this will be a fun one to follow.
The dips and the pec deck look really good.
 
I would get rid of the protein cookie, and protein bar, try and stick to real food.
And the protein shake too, maybe limit one a day of any of those instead of doing them 4 times a day.
 
Definitely got plenty of room to improve from here.

I think you can put on muscle and lose body fat easily.

Make sure you get some pictures of the meals you're eating as well.

Don't just post up the actual food.
 
I would cycle your calories because 4200 calories a day is a lot.
You're getting in an excessive amount of carbs and protein, if you ask me. Even for someone who wants to bulk, it's a lot.
Would it be best to cycle calorie throughout the week, or preferable drop the overall total per day? So far this is what I have been doing but this could be as you mentioned excessive for what I need

For sure you should cut first, getting your carbs down and more cardio will be the first start. @o3475x

You should drop to around 3000+ and cut IMO

@o3475x A lot of rice in your diet, drop the rice cakes and rice and add some omega 3 fats, fish oil walnuts and you need digestive aids.
You taking psyllium husk?
probiotics? digestive enzymes?

Training seem good but no cardio?

I do cardio 30min x5 at each gym session, forgot to mention!

I take fish oil on a daily and I have walnuts generally as part of my meals about 20-30g.
As for digestive aids, no enzymes or psyllium husk currently only yoghurt is the source of probiotics.

I'll drop the calories down as per your note above and the carbs and give that a go for the rest of my cycle and keep logging my progress

So far Beef Mince, Chicken breast and white fish are my go-tos. Generally meals are similar as I am always on the road due to work. Only having protein shake in the morning with blended oats and the rest are whole foods.

clean meals bro i think you doing good cardio too but switch to treadmill for sure better for you
