I agree with the guys don't over do shoulders, they are fragile as is and the more u over work the easier you will get into trouble and possibly injury them.

Hey brothers, bit of advice needed. I’ve had a really bad cold, you know blocked up, runny nose, muscle aches, dizziness etc. it’s now in my lungs, coughing fits like I’m literally tearing pieces of my lungs off 🩸 😝 😢. I’ve gone down to 2400cal per day and still pinning but feel like I’m wasting gear (don’t want to stop pinning and have to build levels up again). Should I just go gym? Or rest and wait it out?

when you're sick you need time off and high doses of Vitamin C, D, and elderberry.

well none of us on here are doctors but it sounds to me like you've developed a chest or lung infection which will probably require antibiotics I would go see a doctor asap
 
make sure you keep grinding don't give up
 
let us know if you end up going to the doc
 
make sure that you get checked by a doctor if it doesn't improve
 
gotta get some rest in you cannot keep stressing your body out

I was wondering why I wasn’t getting any updates from your log bro thought I would check in and seen your update, I hope your feeling better 🙏

would say it’s the cold change in whether that we been experiencing in Aus lately brother. If you can I recommend adding zinc to your stack works in sync with vitamin C to help boost immunity and clear things quicker

Drink plenty of fluids, hot drinks and teas, lots of hot showers and you will probably benefit heaps from a saline sinus rinse kit if you can tolerate it, this is the one I use really helps to clear the sinuses. Try doing 1 full bottle rinse per nostril 2 times a day one when you get up and another before bed.

You can buy the sinus rinse kit from chemist warehouse cheap this is the one I use:

And if the infection has spread to your chest antibiotics will help clear it.
