Training/cardio - I’m away from home in sunny Ballarat, lovely 3 degrees this morning 🥶🥶🥶 I’m with my daughter for her state champs (basketball ), we always travel Friday,5 + hrs in the car , but still got my steps in and nailed my diet. Saturday was a great day, daughter won 2 out of 3 games ,and I completed a back session @Derrimuts gym (Ballarat) and finished with 32 minutes cardio , also smashed steps .
I’ve nailed my diet, plenty of protein, good carbs , veg/fruit, I think it’s crucial when you travel to be organised with food and I’m going well. More basketball Sunday , finals Monday ,then off home we go 👊👊🙌🙌

Health markers have been good for a while and I’m super happy with 4.8 fasting blood gluclose

Training/cardio/life - I travelled to a 30 yr football premiership reunion and had a great weekend, 2days of catching up with some very close friends, still got steps in, watched my food , had a very good time 🙌🙌
Monday was lock back in day, straight back into it , trained back, followed by cardio on the spin bike and nailed 12000+ steps as well, I hadn’t had my peptide stack since Friday and it gave a great boost for my training today.

I’m on the road again, travelling to Melbourne for my son’s state basketball training and this will be my weekend for the next 15 weeks, so my weight training and cardio will be Monday- Friday and away sat/sun (steps will be still be done sat/sun )

Training/cardio - I’m away from home in sunny Ballarat, lovely 3 degrees this morning 🥶🥶🥶 I’m with my daughter for her state champs (basketball ), we always travel Friday,5 + hrs in the car , but still got my steps in and nailed my diet. Saturday was a great day, daughter won 2 out of 3 games ,and I completed a back session @Derrimuts gym (Ballarat) and finished with 32 minutes cardio , also smashed steps .
I’ve nailed my diet, plenty of protein, good carbs , veg/fruit, I think it’s crucial when you travel to be organised with food and I’m going well. More basketball Sunday , finals Monday ,then off home we go 👊👊🙌🙌

What is the split you are going to use?

Nice workout there. I would probably add one more exercise. Maybe a lunge / Bulgarian split squat? Actually I see you have normal leg extensions then single leg. I'd probs replace one of them. Don't see the point doing both.

Hey mate, I’m moving into an upper /lower split ,so I can do al my training during the week, with a few more rest days, I reached out to @Thoranosaurus_flex and he’s designed it and I’ve trained the new program Monday/Tuesday and it was fantastic, very efficient and intense, so I’m staying with how’s it’s laid out and we will reassess as we go, the leg ext actually helped my leg press due to being fully warmed up so I was pretty happy with how it all went. As always I value your input brother👊👊
