I’m with my daughter for her state champs (basketball ), we always travel Friday,5 + hrs in the car , but still got my steps in and nailed my diet. Saturday was a great day, daughter won 2 out of 3 games ,and I completed a back session @Derrimuts gym (Ballarat) and finished with 32 minutes cardio , also smashed steps .
I’ve nailed my diet, plenty of protein, good carbs , veg/fruit, I think it’s crucial when you travel to be organised with food and I’m going well. More basketball Sunday , finals Monday ,then off home we go
