No mention of the joints so that's good news. They say it only gets some people. I run all the same supps all year long for the reasons you're running it now. Deal with cramping and jointly issues cuz or my work.

I started at 20mgs on Tuesday and today I took 40mgs. I trained for an hour and felt like I coulda gone for another 2hrs. Had a long ass work day too. Do you feel the same way?

Hope I get the same results as you. I'm hoping to lean out some leading into my summer cycle. I'm at 350 test right now with 2iu of GH. Keeping it simple just to see how the Winny works alone.
A lot of props for your dedication to working out after work. Just caught that after listening to your first interview.

Winstrol is definitely helping pushing the workouts. What’s nice for you is it’s not something that shouldn’t affect your sleep,

I like how you keep your simple and not to over complicated with a bunch of different gear. 40mg paired with 350 test should turn out nice for you.

I hear so much about the GH. Something I want to try down the road but want to make sure I got plenty stockpiled so I better start saving my $$$$ lol.

I was originally only planning for 16 weeks but ran a little long. 20 weeks is enough and I’m ready to take a break. I think I showed my dedication to its fullest. Thank you all who have followed me on this journey. Plan is to follow up with some blood work the week 6/8.

Yeah I was a little scattered honestly till probably week 12. Estrogen crash caused some dysfunction. Big lesson learned on my end. 3-1 folks if you’re not using any other gear that aromatizes!
Pinning, 😆 was a lot. I think it was @wagget that helped me include the ventri glute. Game changer adding in another location.
No pip, compliments on the gear!
How do I fill now… besides currently sitting in a decompression machine as I reply I feel great. Sciatica has given me hell the whole cycle.
 
I almost forgot… Shared pictures but no weight or measurements.

This is from January 11th:
Currently 180lbs 16-17% body fat.
Focus is recomp.

June 1st:
Currently 177lbs 14.5-15% body fat.

Body fat % might be plus or minus. I used a soft tape measure for measurements. Consistently measured the same way the whole cycle.

🤣 20 weeks of working my ass off for what maybe 2% points. Does that sound about right? Marathon not sprint right 👍

How did your bodyweight vary from start to finish. Looks like a significant recomp with getting much leaner as well as gaining size.

I’ll check in for sure bro. Time to support others for a minute. Right now I’m just looking for that break of not feeling I have to do something. Documenting our journey takes time in itself. A good log which I think I put forth is a task in its self. I think you could attest to it. The amount of work you put into your is phenomenal!
