So I am about 3 weeks into my second cycle and I decide to try pinning my trap today. I rarely get bad PIP anymore but this feels like someone hit me with a bat in the neck. Not the worst PIP I have ever had but I will be staying away in the future.
Anyone else try traps or other weird areas? Calves, biceps, forearms? Thoughts?
