Trt Blood test results

Has anyone tried supplements to keep hematocrit down.. for example, grapefruit seed extract is rumoured to help. Or when on anabolics the only option is to donate. I am open to donating but I've also heard too frequent donations will crash ferritin.
Before you donate blood they check your iron levels. I go every 70 days and never had low iron.
My iron is always in the normal range

Hey legends, I've been self dosing trt for 8 weeks and got my first round of blood results back and have a few possible concerns and would love your feedback.

My protocol is 125mg a week split into two doses.. Wednesday afternoon and Sunday morning.. Test E.

I'm a little concerned about ny haematocrit, is this too high?(Results attached) And if I were to do a blast or even increase trt dose could it be elevated to dangerous levels?

Also what's everyone's opinions on my free test to e2 ratio.. currently using no ai and no negative symptoms..

Another concern is my cholesterol markers.. anything to be concerned about?
This is great that you're posting up your blood work, make sure you keep updating us and follow things.
It's all so good that you're being paranoid. I think heart health is very important. Make sure you're taking your support supplements.

Vets got you
