Hey all, after lurking on the forum for around a year now, I've sat down and decided to post my TRT training log. Thank you admins for the encouragement and guidance on how to get this started.
I'm 21 from Australia, 5'7 and currently 65kg, got into the gym towards the end of 2024 and I currently work from home. I started testosterone at the beginning of 2025 after a blood test revealed mine was low (@ 286ng/dl), while there may have been other avenues for me to recover my testosterone, I'd intended on getting on TRT later in life so this was a convenient excuse for me to start early. Unfortunately I've lost the bloodtest results due to an email of mine getting hacked, I believe my low T was caused by me experimenting with the sarm "LGD" in highschool. Since starting TRT, it's alleviated a lot of mental symptoms I was getting (depression, anxiety) aswell as some poor body composition and erectile dysfunction.
Get ready for a laugh; I began my testosterone by jumping straight into a 500mg 20 week cycle instead of finding an ideal TRT dose. Over the course of last year, I experimented with different compounds; anavar, dianabol, masteron, trenbolone (NEVER AGAIN), proviron and cardarine.
I took cialis and did my cardio to manage blood pressure, while having telmisartan and arimidex on hand which was never needed. Again, due to my personal email getting hacked I've lost access to the several bloodtests I did throughout 2025, however I intend on getting an imedical bloodtest done by the end of april so I can show you what I'm working with at the moment.
I felt great on 500mg test, then I experimented with raising my testosterone to 600mg, felt great if not a little more sensitive when watching sad movies, then 700mg, 700mg is where I encountered estrogen sides such as itchy nipples, becoming quite emotional and brooding.
I'd bulked up to 85kg, and decided to commit to a cut in May 2025 as I was unsatisfied with how I looked in the mirror. My training during this cut was disrupted by a sudden change in life circumstances, a wrist sprain and family issues (Fuck parkinsons), which required me to save money and stop going to the gym for the most part, although I did sign up now and then for two week stints, outside of those two week stints I continued with simple exercises at home using a small dumbbell kit and a benchpress while having a daily calorie intake of 1000-1500, reducing my weight from 85kg in May 2025 to 65kg in December 2025.
I lost alot of mass and strength, with my flat bench falling from 70kg 3x10 / 80kg 3RM, to 50kg 3x10, and my diagonal leg press falling from 230kg 3x10 / 320kg 3RM to 160kg 3x10.
I've recommited to the gym this month now that I'm in a better spot. I'm very happy to talk more about the mistakes I made during last year, how I felt with different compounds and appreciate any criticism given.
Current Goal: Not trying to bulk nor trying to cut, simply staying active while I financially prepare for my bulk.
Current Cycle:
180mg TRT, split into two injections Monday/Thursday
20mg Turinabol, a gift from a mate, seeing how I respond to it.
Diet: Intuitive eating, throughout the week I typically eat;
Chili con Carne (Beef Mince, Pasta, Mixed Vegetables), Tuna & Mayo Sandwiches, Canned Oysters in Chili Sauce, Steak Egg & Spinach/Rocket Sandwiches with Barbecue Sauce, Chicken Salad with Mayo Sandwiches, Ramen with Mixed Vegetables, Protein Shake, Butter Chicken and Rice
Sleep:
I typically get 7-9 hours of sleep, my bedtime ritual is to mix some L-Theanine (tip of a teaspoon) & a tablespoon of honey into Twinings Live Well Sleep tea, which gets me to sleep within 20 minutes.
Supplements:
Cialis, 10mg EOD
Psyllium Husk, a tablespoon in my protein shake once daily
Nature's Own High Strength Magnesium, taken once daily
Swisse Ultibooost 1200mg Lechitin, taken once daily
Swisse Ultiboost 1000iu Vitamin D3, taken twice daily
Nature's Way High Strength Iron with Vitamin C & B12 (I skip this depending on how much red meat I've had in a day)
L-Theanine
Whey Protein Concentrate from BulkNutrients, one scoop in a shake with milk, taken once daily
