Hey all, after lurking on the forum for around a year now, I've sat down and decided to post my TRT training log. Thank you admins for the encouragement and guidance on how to get this started.

I'm 21 from Australia, 5'7 and currently 65kg, got into the gym towards the end of 2024 and I currently work from home. I started testosterone at the beginning of 2025 after a blood test revealed mine was low (@ 286ng/dl), while there may have been other avenues for me to recover my testosterone, I'd intended on getting on TRT later in life so this was a convenient excuse for me to start early. Unfortunately I've lost the bloodtest results due to an email of mine getting hacked, I believe my low T was caused by me experimenting with the sarm "LGD" in highschool. Since starting TRT, it's alleviated a lot of mental symptoms I was getting (depression, anxiety) aswell as some poor body composition and erectile dysfunction.

Get ready for a laugh; I began my testosterone by jumping straight into a 500mg 20 week cycle instead of finding an ideal TRT dose. Over the course of last year, I experimented with different compounds; anavar, dianabol, masteron, trenbolone (NEVER AGAIN), proviron and cardarine.
I took cialis and did my cardio to manage blood pressure, while having telmisartan and arimidex on hand which was never needed. Again, due to my personal email getting hacked I've lost access to the several bloodtests I did throughout 2025, however I intend on getting an imedical bloodtest done by the end of april so I can show you what I'm working with at the moment.

I felt great on 500mg test, then I experimented with raising my testosterone to 600mg, felt great if not a little more sensitive when watching sad movies, then 700mg, 700mg is where I encountered estrogen sides such as itchy nipples, becoming quite emotional and brooding.

I'd bulked up to 85kg, and decided to commit to a cut in May 2025 as I was unsatisfied with how I looked in the mirror. My training during this cut was disrupted by a sudden change in life circumstances, a wrist sprain and family issues (Fuck parkinsons), which required me to save money and stop going to the gym for the most part, although I did sign up now and then for two week stints, outside of those two week stints I continued with simple exercises at home using a small dumbbell kit and a benchpress while having a daily calorie intake of 1000-1500, reducing my weight from 85kg in May 2025 to 65kg in December 2025.
I lost alot of mass and strength, with my flat bench falling from 70kg 3x10 / 80kg 3RM, to 50kg 3x10, and my diagonal leg press falling from 230kg 3x10 / 320kg 3RM to 160kg 3x10.

I've recommited to the gym this month now that I'm in a better spot. I'm very happy to talk more about the mistakes I made during last year, how I felt with different compounds and appreciate any criticism given.

Current Goal: Not trying to bulk nor trying to cut, simply staying active while I financially prepare for my bulk.

Current Cycle:
180mg TRT, split into two injections Monday/Thursday
20mg Turinabol, a gift from a mate, seeing how I respond to it.

Diet: Intuitive eating, throughout the week I typically eat;
Chili con Carne (Beef Mince, Pasta, Mixed Vegetables), Tuna & Mayo Sandwiches, Canned Oysters in Chili Sauce, Steak Egg & Spinach/Rocket Sandwiches with Barbecue Sauce, Chicken Salad with Mayo Sandwiches, Ramen with Mixed Vegetables, Protein Shake, Butter Chicken and Rice

Sleep:
I typically get 7-9 hours of sleep, my bedtime ritual is to mix some L-Theanine (tip of a teaspoon) & a tablespoon of honey into Twinings Live Well Sleep tea, which gets me to sleep within 20 minutes.

Supplements:
Cialis, 10mg EOD
Psyllium Husk, a tablespoon in my protein shake once daily
Nature's Own High Strength Magnesium, taken once daily
Swisse Ultibooost 1200mg Lechitin, taken once daily
Swisse Ultiboost 1000iu Vitamin D3, taken twice daily
Nature's Way High Strength Iron with Vitamin C & B12 (I skip this depending on how much red meat I've had in a day)
L-Theanine
Whey Protein Concentrate from BulkNutrients, one scoop in a shake with milk, taken once daily

Training: Push, Pull, Legs
Push Day:
3 x 10 Cable External Shoulder Rotation Warmup
3 x 10 Flat Bench
3 x 10 Incline Smith Machine
3 x 10 Machine Pec Fly
3 x 10 Tricep Pushdowns
3 x 10 Side Lat Raises
3 x 10 Wrist Rotations
3 x 15 Hanging Leg Raises
20 Minutes Cardio Bike

Pull Day:
3 x 10 Lat Pulldowns

Today is my first day of turinabol, I intend on increasing my cardio bike time now that I'm giving it a go.

welcome fully to the EVO family :D @Fantastic1 thank you for sharing! you're one of the many younger men with low testosterone these days, i blame food and micro plastics but that's besides the point here.

The test and tbol, why not use test and anavar instead? consider it

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

Cheers Lev, I'm currently taking TBol instead of anavar as I was given 10mgx100caps for free from a mate of mine. I go on alot of hikes (gonna do Mt Kosciuzko this coming week actually) so I feel it's better for me as I've read its great for endurance.

Again, due to my personal email getting hacked I've lost access to the several bloodtests I did throughout 2025, however I intend on getting an imedical bloodtest done by the end of april so I can show you what I'm working with at the moment.

I felt great on 500mg test, then I experimented with raising my testosterone to 600mg, felt great if not a little more sensitive when watching sad movies, then 700mg, 700mg is where I encountered estrogen sides such as itchy nipples, becoming quite emotional and brooding.

I'd bulked up to 85kg, and decided to commit to a cut in May 2025 as I was unsatisfied with how I looked in the mirror. My training during this cut was disrupted by a sudden change in life circumstances, a wrist sprain and family issues (Fuck parkinsons), which required me to save money and stop going to the gym for the most part, although I did sign up now and then for two week stints, outside of those two week stints I continued with simple exercises at home using a small dumbbell kit and a benchpress while having a daily calorie intake of 1000-1500, reducing my weight from 85kg in May 2025 to 65kg in December 2025.
I lost alot of mass and strength, with my flat bench falling from 70kg 3x10 / 80kg 3RM, to 50kg 3x10, and my diagonal leg press falling from 230kg 3x10 / 320kg 3RM to 160kg 3x10.

I've recommited to the gym this month now that I'm in a better spot. I'm very happy to talk more about the mistakes I made during last year, how I felt with different compounds and appreciate any criticism given.

Current Goal: Not trying to bulk nor trying to cut, simply staying active while I financially prepare for my bulk.

Current Cycle:
180mg TRT, split into two injections Monday/Thursday
20mg Turinabol, a gift from a mate, seeing how I respond to it.

Diet: Intuitive eating, throughout the week I typically eat;
Chili con Carne (Beef Mince, Pasta, Mixed Vegetables), Tuna & Mayo Sandwiches, Canned Oysters in Chili Sauce, Steak Egg & Spinach/Rocket Sandwiches with Barbecue Sauce, Chicken Salad with Mayo Sandwiches, Ramen with Mixed Vegetables, Protein Shake, Butter Chicken and Rice

Sleep:
I typically get 7-9 hours of sleep, my bedtime ritual is to mix some L-Theanine (tip of a teaspoon) & a tablespoon of honey into Twinings Live Well Sleep tea, which gets me to sleep within 20 minutes.

21 is crazy young hey. You started TRT as you were planning on doing it later anyway. For most that is around 40+.

If I had to guess, I'd say your original T came back low from the following: not eating enough due to trying to get/stay lean and overtraining (probably thinking more is better).

Why do you think you went straight to a cycle instead of just doing TRT? And not just a cycle, sounds like you threw the kitchen sink at it! I think that is worth looking at.

Assuming you are now sticking with TRT for life (it's not too late I don't think). @Mobster will tell you to get sperm frozen.

I think now it's time to actually get your training and diet dialled in (instead of just relying on gear).

Cheers waggat, I do intend on sticking with it for life. The improvement test has had on my mental health (which had been quite poor before starting) has turned me off from trying to PCT and recover what natural production I can. Mainly fear of going back to that state of mind.

I definitely shouldve started with just TRT, at the time I was thinking "if i have to take test, why not just start with a higher dose since im in the gym?" I know now that was a mistake.

Definitely time to get it all dialed in, appreciate ya.

Got into the gym early this morning, my preworkout meal was two minute steaks, two eggs and a handful of salad mix inbetween two slices of helga's bread, bit of barbecue sauce. Feeling the turinabol abit more now, although I felt like I was approaching failure on curls, I was able to keep going.

Thank you brother. You reckon 12-15 each exercise? I've been hesitant on moving my protein and carbs up as I'm not in a bulk atm.
yes 12-15 is right :D and you dont need to be in a bulk to move macros up you'll not always gain fat it can be muscle gain on cycle @Fantastic1
 
Just for clarification as I've always gone for 3x10, I'm assuming this is 36-45 total reps per exercise, lowering the weight to reach that rep range if need be.

Decided to give some higher rep ranges (36-45 reps per exercise) a go as per Lev's suggestion, got one of the best pumps I've had on a leg day in a while. Usually go to a max of 35.5kg on the seated leg curl, bumped it up to 38kg as I was feeling great and was surprised at how many I could go for.
I was encouraged to push for 250g of protein, however at my current bodyweight (65.6kg) and the fact that I'm not actively trying to bulk at the moment, I feel this may be abit overkill for me, so I'll be trying to average 140g-180g of protein per day.
I'm on day 4 of turinabol now and I'm feeling great, I'm noticing some more hunger, slight increase in stamina and not experiencing any side effects like headaches or nausea. As with my last workout, for alot of these sets I did reach a point where I felt I was approaching failure, especially on the leg press, but I was able to keep pushing, I'd say the turinabol is working.

Leg Day
Decided to give some higher rep ranges (36-45 reps per exercise) a go as per Lev's suggestion, got one of the best pumps I've had on a leg day in a while. Usually go to a max of 35.5kg on the seated leg curl, bumped it up to 38kg as I was feeling great and was surprised at how many I could go for.
I was encouraged to push for 250g of protein, however at my current bodyweight (65.6kg) and the fact that I'm not actively trying to bulk at the moment, I feel this may be abit overkill for me, so I'll be trying to average 140g-180g of protein per day.
I'm on day 4 of turinabol now and I'm feeling great, I'm noticing some more hunger, slight increase in stamina and not experiencing any side effects like headaches or nausea. As with my last workout, for alot of these sets I did reach a point where I felt I was approaching failure, especially on the leg press, but I was able to keep pushing, I'd say the turinabol is working.

Today is Day 5 of the Turinabol, feeling good, still not feeling any side effects. Cardio Bike felt like a breeze.
Tomorrow is Push Day, going to continue with the high reps as suggested by Lev, ready for a killer pump.

Good wide bad but we need to get your protein over to 220 minimum :D @Fantastic1 and lat pulls combo with pull ups please
