Twink death cycle

I was thinking about doing a cycle to help me out a little

I been lifting weights abt 6 months and I’m eating excess calories and my goal is 170g of protein a day which I usually exceed just cause of the type of foods I eat.

I work out 5x a week and I’ve gained about 15-20lbs in the last 6 months from eating and water and stuff, no creatine in about a week, when I was on it I was weighing about 5lbs heavier.

I was thinking about taking nandrolone 200mg, then dianabol&dianabolon, proviron and then some anti estrogen stuff (anastrazole) or whatever idk if it’s wrong lmk

I really don’t wanna be a twink by the time I turn 26 I got 10 months haha give me some advice please guys

Lmao yeah it’s slang, basically a twink is a skinny kind of feminine built guy and there’s a joke that when you hit 25 you can’t be a twink anymore and you have to become something else and that’s called twink death.

I wanna be massive haha

Well, sir, it sounds like you’re moving right along already. No need to put it in four wheel drive if you’re not even stuck. At six months in, you’ve barely got your lifting form figured out. So if you take a bunch of roids and get rapidly stronger, you’re going to get rapidly injured. Also, you’re going to need a lot more knowledge before you can take anything, because no, the stuff you are looking into are not what you’re going to want for a good first cycle. And you’re really going to need a better self image before you start because if you don’t, it will actually get worse, probably. Mind you, I’m only trying to be constructive here, and I’m happy to keep talking you through this. Tell us more about your lifting and diet 👍

I understand the situation now :D @AnabolicTwink we have an EVO brother @SFDom415 he's retired now, he had a good log you can check, 3 logs. He had the same lifestyle as you I believe.

Reviewing your situation, you’ve only trained 6 months and you’re already up 15-20 lbs, so you dont need a nandrolone and dbol stack, that is how new guys wreck lipids, e2, and just get nasty sides.
If you want to be big, the real move is a consistent surplus, progressive training, and sleep, and if you ever touch anything it should be testosterone hgh cycles, and only after baseline bloodwork.

Get a pre cycle log up first with daily calories, protein, bodyweight trend, training numbers, and sleep, and post your full bloodwork so the EVO family can tell you what’s actually limiting you. If you don't have bloods lets get them done, easy to do them private. 15min of your time to start :D

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us
