It's not about the cost of buying the product, it's also about taking the importing risk, the risk of selling a prohibited substance, the cost of running your operation ect ect.
I do agree $100 for 240iu is cheap to buy but there's a lot of risk involved plus a lot at stake like life imprisonment.

Nope vial is exactly the same size, its just a higher concentration, think of it like alcohol, same size bottles but can have wildly different strengths.

Once it has been reconstituted it will lose potency over time as the substance breaks down, each peptide has different rates of this, but for Retatrutide breakdown should start occuring at a rate of 2-5% per month depending on how cold your fridge is and other external factors, it will probably speed up the process the longer it's been sitting there for, so initially it wont break down that much, but as the months go on it will speed up abit.

Just to make everyone aware on the above, it will never "go bad" per se, it will be safe to inject even years later, it just won't be as potent as before, which is why it's always recommended to only reconstitute once you plan to use it, when its in its lyophilized state it breaks down very slowly and can even be kept outside the fridge in a cool environment and will have very little degradation.

Anecdotal, but I was running Reta low dose for a couple months, as long as its in the fridge I cannot see the degradation being meaningful, the 2mg I was on was as strong as the first dose at the end.

When peptides are mixed with BAC water they do slowly lose their potency over time, depending on the peptide and in what environment it is kept in. But its not going to be a drastic change, you certainly wont notice a difference even within a couple of months if you kept it refrigerated the whole time.

The Geno’s are just a cartridge. You just need to push the rear plunger in with anything that fits to reconstitute and draw out with a needle like a vial. They are made for special metal Pfizer reusable pens which are quite difficult to acquire.
