I ran a big cycle where I did a lot of sustanon250 and dianabol
I did not know that sustanon was really testosterone because I was having my friend help me with the cycle and I guess he doesn't know what he's talking about
I didn’t run any Ai. I realize the mistake I did so please don't slam me. my question is what do I do now since i got gynecomastia.. do I need to run letro?

just don't panic right now. get on the anti gyno protocol. you can get nolva + letro from napsgear

get bloodwork done asap so we know how bad it is before you just start slamming down letro... you dont want to crush estrogen in the process and its extremely important to be precise on this

We not going to slam you.

If you have gyno dont start with letrozole. Start with nolvadex and aromasin. 40mgs nolvadex, 10mgs aromasin and see how you do, add yohimflame on the nipple.

Do not use Arimidex.. use aromasin.. reason being nolvadex/tamoxifen has the ability to cancel out the effects of Arimidex.. so aromasin is the better choice because it is impervious to tamoxifen and both of them will do their jobs independently..

Tamoxifen will bind aggressively to the estrogen receptor, in return this will mitigate the inflammation, the agitation tenderness and swelling of the glandular duct tissue, it will begin to reduce in size because it will not be stimulated or activated by estrogen.

Aromasin will do its unique job with lowering the estrogen that is in circulation, and any future conversion.
