Have a 17.5in arm and a 16.5in arm

I focused on a lot of dumbbell or single arm exercises when I first started so my smaller arm could catch up
 
FWIW - my right arm is larger than my left. And you know what? One of Arnolds arms was bigger than the other too. I was just watching pumping iron on netflix last night and it was really obvious. So it happens.
 
More then likely you have one arm longer then the other
 
Hold them strait up in the air and look in the mirror
 
Yea I understand one will naturally be bigger but an inch is very noticeable....I'll try some extra sets with lower weigh to get that bitch pumped up lol
 
most likely nobody but you notices.

Just get them both about 5 inches bigger.
I'm my biggest critic. I'll shake my head and laugh in the mirror in disgust at myself lol not even thinking about anyone and I'll turn around and people will be looking at me like I'm crazy...fuck maybe I am
better stand, holding a 100lb dumbbell in the hand of the shorter arm, letting your arm hang down to stretch it as long as the other one.

I also had a similar problem but since the age of the internet porn, my left arm grew very quickly. All jokes aside just train a few extra reps till it herts like a mother fucker and hold the rep at the top. Don't need to go superheavy, you want to really work the muscle and break it down..."DUMBBELLS" really isolate that muscle and beat the shit out of it. It will grow...It will take time but you will get there.

when I first started lifting in my teens my traps blew up.. my left trap was literally half as big as my right. and trust me I wasn't the only one who noticed. guys in the locker room would tease me and say "oh you are lifting with one arm"... they were ignorant about the way the body worked. had nothing to do with jacking off, its totally normal. our bodies aren't symmetric or whatever the fuck that word is I am looking for. anyway many years later and after many hours in the gym they are now almost the same size. so just keep working at it and always start with your weaker side first when you lift, that is something I learned when I first got into lifting and it works.
 
OOOH NOOOOOO!!!!! Goddamnit!!!! ;P I feel ya man. I don't have that issue but I do feel they look as different. Asymmetry is a bitch.
 
You need to start jacking off with the smaller arm. lol

In all seriousness a lot of people are disproportionate. Just start concentrating on catching up your lagging side.

By nature we have a "dominant" arm/hand and leg/foot. As a result those tend to be slightly smaller but more defined. This is kind of hard to understand but trust me look at the muscles on you dominate limb and you will see slightly better definition...assuming your %BF is low enough, and you will see the non-dominate limb maybe actually slightly larger, less defined.
