You should have seen him hike a 2,500Ft mountain marked “Hard” 2.5miles one way-at 290lbs, middle of last Summer in July!! 😳 it was switchbacks at a steady grade all the way up and our toes were jammed all the way down so sore. We went camping with Our daughter and her boyfriend they did this hike a year before! Probably one of the harder things I’ve done in my life. It was beautiful at the top

Getting much stronger. Got out 4 more reps on HS Incline on first set so decided to increase the weight again. Getting excellent pumps. Did regular dips for the first time in years today. Surprised I was able to get out 20 after being pre-exhausted. They just flew up and felt light. Shoulder feels incredible!!!
Ironically I'm my lightest images and am kicking ass on some moves

@RoidRage69 you planning some warm ups on the treadmill too?
 
I get about 5-6 warmup sets on my first exercise with lots of stretching in between sets before the heavy lifting starts.
@RoidRage69 yes I remember @RoidRageWife mentioned warm up sets, I'm more into calisthenics style 5min warm ups before large warm up sets, like shoulder rotations.

Squats felt good and light. Could have probably gone to failure with 10 rep sets but only got 3 hours sleep last night. Today was the final dose of IGF-1 LR3 and will take 2 weeks off before starting another 3-4 week stint. I feel it has helped tremendously. Cant wait to stack it with the DES version for targeted gains. Will most likely increase the HGH back up to 4IU while off of IGF-1.

That's awesome you have noticed abuch great benefits from the Lr3 really has peaked my interest in that compound.
 
I love taking 3iu gh and then hit it hard. 20min on the StairMaster really get the blood pumping.
I'm still working my way up into 2ius lol.

Another day and getting much stronger. Decided to only do sets of 3 on deadlifts as I didn't want to push it as I did heavy chest yesterday. Didn't want to risk a tear in the pec/delt region as its pretty sore already. Most likely will only go up 10lbs on deadlifts in 2 weeks when I do them again and hopefully will do a 5x5 with 525. Today was a 20lb jump so not too bad I guess. Will most likely end up eating about 300 grams protein and 400-500 grams carbs today. So far ive put on around 14 lbs in 12 days it looks like. Not too bad. 1 lb per day. I will take it. Everyone have a happy weekend!!!

Just imagine what is gonna be uncovered when u fully do a cut if u ever plan on going that route, its gonna be insane.
 
Oh trust me I am excited to find out. Will be doing another 8 week cut with semaglutide in mid July.
Did you feel any of the beneficial mental effects from semaglutide? When I did four weeks of tirzepatide, which is basically the same, I couldn’t believe how easy going I was, especially for the small amount I was eating.

I was in disbelief how easy it was to lose weight so fast while being full. I don’t think I felt any difference as far as irritability or anything went.

I was able to do all sorts of stuff I usually hate doing with a much better attitude than normal. Really enjoyed it.
