Hello again.
I dropped off the forums and training in general towards the end of my second cycle. Planning a fourth cycle now and wanted opinions. Previous cycles, body comp, strength gains, physical progress, diet, sleep, exercise. below
I am two weeks into PCT and will get blood in 6 weeks.
1.5iu HGH.
20mg tamoxifen
25mg Clomiphene

Ideally, I'd like to drop as much body fat as possible while still gaining.
- Lean gains
- Continued increased strength.
- Reduce body fat.
I've been keeping up the calories in PCT to avoid muscle loss, so I added some fat. At what point post-cycle does it make sense to have a calorie deficit, or does it at all? I've dropped from 25% to 15% body fat in the last year, so I'm definitely going in the right direction. It would be nice to drop a few more percent for summer, either on or off-cycle.
Then, what is a strong combo for lean gains and appropriate for an intermediate 4th cycle?

I'll post updates but my diet is very good. Been targeting 3500 cals + exercise.
7am. 6eggs,2 bananas,200g greek yoghurt
10am. 400g fresh fruit (berries, melon, mango, papaya, similar)
1pm. Fresh seafood or chicken or meat with fresh vegetables and salad
6pm. Fresh seafood or chicken or meat with fresh vegetables and salad
120g protein powder/bar total throughout day.

8 hours.

Gym 4 days off cycle. Will post.
Swim/Bicycle 1-2 days. Need to increase off cycle.
@midlifegains I like primobolan but not high doses over 400mgs just too much painThinking about my next cycle, whenever that is (6ish weeks depending on bloods).

I would go with 300mgs primobolan for 4 weeks and up to 400mgs of primobolan for 8 week safter and test p would swap for testosterone enanthae
