lean gains vs. leaning out?

3 cycles under my belt. 25 years old. 5’10’’ and 217 pounds. 15% body fat give or take.
I’m trying to figure out the best cycle where I can experience some lean gains and also lean out at the same time.
Looked into some steroids and seems like trenbolone seems to be numero uno when it comes to that.
With that how much tren should I run ? My friend said I should do 350mgs a week total of tren. Is that good?
And what would you use with it?

Tren is a pretty harsch/advanced drug. You'd be much better off running low test and cutting a bit and then doing a lean bulk after.
Should have no issue cleaning up diet and getting to 200lbs.
You can't gain muscle and drop that much fat if your not very experienced and know your body. You'll end up spinning your wheels.

whats the need for tren for you bro? you 25
try test and some primo if you want clean cycles
 
i'm not a fan of using tren. it is a shitty steroid
 
tren is the boss of steroids. i like 300mgs a week with some test
 
you better make sure you use n2guard with it.
 
you will be fine on tren, it isn't that bad as people say. but 350mg is max dose
 
i don't like tren. switch it for primo or increase EQ dose
 
tren isn't for wimps. you want to go 250mgs and you want to stack some masteron with it for best results
