Training experience: I’ve been lifting on and off since I was 12 years old. I did Milo’s Sarcevs bicep routine out of muscle and fitness everyday. Lol. It worked. I owe my arms to that guy. I started lifting again this January after taking 2 years off teaching hot yoga.

Training: I train 7 days a week with the bro split. Arms, Legs, Back/Shoulders, and Chest with AB’s sprinkled in when I feel like it. Some days I do all reps to failure, some days I’m a 12, 10, 8, 4 rep guy. I honestly have been doing more volume lately following Arnold’s old workouts. I really like to look online and grab a routine from Cutler or Arnold and just do that. I don’t barbell bench that much but did put up 225lbs 4 times the other day. That’s by far a personal best. I don’t barbell squat either. It doesn’t feel good to me. I get way better work doing machines and leg presses I feel and it’s way better on my back as well. I don’t really write stuff down or think about maxes. I just do my thing.

Diet: I’m 50/50 id say on clean eating. I always hit my macros though.

N2Guard
GNC mega men multi
GNC 1000 fish oil
Syntha6 protein powder

Recent blood work: No, I feel great. I know that doesn’t mean shit, guys. I Plan to do post cycle blood work. 🤷‍♂️

Compounds: 50mg Anadrol and 25mg Proviron ed
Length: Gonna shoot for 6 weeks. Will evaluate again at week 4
Pct:
Week 1-2: 50mg clomid, 20mg nolva, hcgenerate
Week 3-4: 25mg clomid, 10mg nolva, hcgenerate

My lunch today. 10oz chicken breast, 200g mashed potatoes, 1 pouch uncle bens rice, N2Guard, fish oil, and multi. With plenty of water. I’m really bad about eating vegetables….

No pic of breakfast but it was 3 whole eggs, 1 cup egg whites, 4oz carved turkey, 2 cups oatmeal, 16oz 2% milk

I missed training yesterday because my daughter had horse riding lessons. This is why I don’t take scheduled rest days. They happen naturally with my busy schedule. Super excited to hit the gym tonight. It’s Back day! I feel really, really good. 3rd day of 50mg Anadrol in the morning and 25mg proviron when I leave work. Gives around 90 minutes to get in system pre workout. Not sure if it is science based but I like the placebo effect when I take an oral before gym time.


Question….Do I still need my fish oil and multi if I’m taking the N2Guard?

Your better off getting all those carbs after
your workout. Your body needs and will utilize every gram of carbs you throw at it for 5 hours after u train. U will speed up metabolism by eating all your carbs in that time period.

I wouldn’t hyper fixate on the scale number, the way your training and eating your surely put on muscle mass, one thing I would avoid is gaining unnecessary fat from having the scale move to quickly. Slow n steady is the way to go!

Thanks man! Much appreciated. My rear delts are my favorite muscle to work I think. Once I saw how full they make the shoulders and arms look, I fell in love!

I’ve never done injections man. Working my way up and I have a house full of kids and a wife I have to worry about with the needles and stuff. Not something I wanna keep secret so just gotta ease her into it. Get her to listen to the podcast. Let her know I have support from people who know what they are doing. And so on. Make her feel safe. I love the woman man…

Oh she likes to pump weights just like me, for sure. I’ve mentioned a var cycle to her… she doesn’t like pills or needles but she isn’t happy with her progress lately so I’m time… maybe. Lol

I did not. I haven’t had my protein in almost a week now. I do miss my shakes and know there good post workout, just kinda ruin my appetite though. I get paid this week and will Be re-upping on my powder. 👍🏻

My wife is on hormone therapy.
She takes estrogen/progesterone, 2IU HGH daily as well as 10mg Testosterone Cyp per week. We have more sex now than we did in our 20’s when we first started taking steroids. She turns 54 in 4 months and will be 55 in 6 months. We are also stronger now than anytime in our lives.

I appreciate everyone’s comments. But feeding a family of 6 chicken and rice and steak and potatoes all of the time just isn’t feasible for me. And neither is feeding myself a completely different diet. Maybe once we get this fucking moron President out of office prices can come back down. That is yet to be seen. Food prices are absolutely ridiculous here.

Yes I know prep is the way to go. I always have a lot of meat cooked ready to go. And a rice cooker is something I definitely want to purchase. I mean, I get it. I’ve been in health and fitness my whole life. I’ve taken a lot of health coaching classes, I was a BeachBody coach for 3 years, I graduated yoga teacher training and learned the Ayurvedic diet. I know how to diet and what I should do. It’s just making it all fit into my life comfortably into my crazy schedule without leaving my kids out to dry. Or making myself miserable. I do this for fun. And I’ll get better as I go.

All in all man, I started this log and said my diet was 50/50 and it’s probably going to stay that way for the most part. Especially on days like today. It’s Father’s Day here in the states. I believe we will smoke a couple pork butts today. Do some swimming. Have some fun. Still I hope to get to the gym for leg day. We will see!

15-20 reps is the Arnold way, add more volume lower weight

Managed to get to the gym fellas! Feeling great! Got to hit up another gym I go to in another town near my dads place. Got a great workout in. I like their variations. The gym I usually go to has really old equipment. Nice to use newer stuff. Legs are dead!

Bro looks like a solid leg workout, I love how you start with Yoga to warm up. If you not stretching you leaving gains on the table IMO

Here’s my gear. I have more pharmaqo proviron scheduled to be delivered this week. 50 more tabs. Plenty to finish the cycle. Also hcgenerate takes 2-3 days to get to me so I’ll order that soon. Other than that, I think im good.

Day 7 of 50mg Anadrol in the morning and 25 mg proviron preworkout about 90 minutes, with n2 guard of course. I feel amazing! I’m thinking the n2 guard is to thank. I ran Anavar only before with no n2 guard and felt like shit most of the cycle. Especially after 6 weeks. And I know I’m running a harsher compound now. N2 guard is the real deal!

Here is last nights chest workout. I felt awesome in the gym. Left my phone at home so I didn’t get any pump pics. I have Back tonight. I’ll upload some more photos and progress pics tonight. Scale is starting to move up a bit! 187 empty this morning. Pretty excited about that.
