Incline barbell 245lbs/10 superset 245lbs/10 barbell rows.
High Incline 60lb dumbell flies superset pull ups to failure. The old ways are the best ways. Stop trying to over complicate things and try sticking to the real basics.
Thank god I'm not a powerlifterMy powerlifting coach would count zero reps performed. He would make us do it over until every rep was at depth. To really punish us he would set up a string attached to bells that would jingle everytime u hit depth.

Ya bodybuilding is definitely the way to go. For me anyways but I still keep it strong and heavy. Powerbuilding. The retired powerlifters that go to bodybuilding are monstersWhich is why I always believe bodybuilding is where injured powerlifters get a second chance at a different career.

That is where I’m at but I have a huge delema. I have a dream of 750 deadlift at 57 years old. That would be a WR. I think increasing my bicep size would actually hinder that dream. Safety is priority. This is why I always listen to my body and not aftaid to shut it down early. I love doing partial reps at end of sets when in failure mode.Both safely lol
