35 years old 5 foot 9 190 pounds

Not sure how much body fat, maybe 11 or 12? Picture is included.

I basically eat chicken and rice and vegetables 5 times a day, 350 calories for each meal, about 32 grams of protein per meal 39 grams carbs and 2 grams of fat per meal. Very boring and not much thought I know but I work a lot so this keeps it at least consistent. Not the most knowledgeable about nutrition.

Cycle began in February 1

Did 400 mgs of testosterone and 400 mgs of deca for the month of February, 1mg of arimidex twice a week. 3 ius of pharma gh every day

Month of March bumped up test to 800mgs per week, kept deca at 400 mgs, bumped up arimidex 1 mg every other day, 4 ius of pharma gh every day

Month of April bumped up test to 1000mgs per week, added primobolan at 600 mgs for week, did 1 mg of arimidex every day 5 ius of pharma gh every day

Month of May everything the same

Month of June everything the same

Since July 1st I’ve dropped down the test to 400 mgs a week and dropped the primo to 400 mgs per week cut out gh completely
1mg or arimidex every other day.

Welcome! You look insane in that pic! Awesome work. What is the plan going forward? 5 Months is pretty long to be on. Maybe time to give the body a rest for a few months of just low test?

I’m going to cruise on 400 test for a few months and get blood work. If my creatinine and alt is still elevated or if there’s any other markers that don’t look good then I’ll drop it down to 200. I want to get everything back in check because I want to do an aggressive bulk this winter and see what I can do with 1000 test and push the deca to 600-800.

Your creatinine will always be elevated if you train heavy and don't take significant time off before bloods.
If you can, get a cystatine-C test for kidney function. It's a direct measure. I did last last bloods when my creatinine was elevated causing a low egfr value. All was good.
I want to do an aggressive bulk this winter and see what I can do with 1000 test and push the deca to 600-800.
Nice. Make sure you log it. Consider IGF as well. I just had my first experience with it this past bulk and it's def worth it.
 
You look great. If I were you I would drop the test down to 250mg per week and stack it with HCGenerate, cardazol, and ostazol. Also make sure and use 10mg Cialis ED. You should be able to keep all your gains and get healthy before jumping back into a bulk. I just had an incredible 6 week “off” phase with that protocol. I actually got stronger during my health phase after gaining 17 lbs of lean tissue in a 14 week cycle.

I would prob go 6-8iu on the growth but I think you are much more genetically gifted than me.
The igf lr3 would be a perfect compliment to high hgh. Will keep your glucose down.

IFF-1 LR3 and DES work incredible together. I used both on lifting days only to slow down sides. I think it’s more potent than HGH.

Might be a dumb question but How would igf-1 work in concert with hgh? Doesnt hgh already raise your igf 1?
IGF-1 is what is helping the mass monsters become who they are. Dorian Yates was one of the first to start taking it. He put on 20lbs of lean tissue in one season because of it. Remember those black and white photos of him? That was the result.

i would be careful with metformin
it can also screw up your stomach lining

I basically eat 5 meals a day of chicken rice and broccoli 350 calories reach 33 grams protein 32 grams carbs and 2 grams of fat

Chest day is pyramid up on bench, peak lift is 315 for 6 reps, work my up though, do the bar first then continue to increase the weights, same thing with incline bench, then flat bench flies and cable flies standing up.

Back day is starting off with deadlifts, work my way up for 315 for ten reps, bent over over rows, 285 for five rep build up. Barbell rows, build up to 215 for 8 reps

Leg day is squats, work my way up for 215 for 10 reps, ass to grass, 315 on smith machine 10 reps, hack squat, 215 10 reps ass to grass. Lunges 100 walking down a row

Three days a week of cardio 30 minutes each, incline fast walk

I take Tudca, potassium, magnesium and multi vitamin

I go up to 15-20 on the warm up sets and try to get at least 6-8 on the heaviest max set.

I dont do much cardio. Maybe 30 minutes or so three days a week.

I take 1mg of Arimidex every other day, so that combined with the primo keeps e2 in range, also noticed when I’m lean it’s a lot easier to manage e2

I used to stick to 12-16 week cycles. When I started pushing the dose and started dragging them out 24-26 weeks is when I started noticing visible cosmetic changes in the muscle.
You also must keep in mind what is going on in the inside and not get caught up in the outside changes, health is wealth you can't push high dose cycles for months at a time forever. I would just be cautious and get blood work and take some serious time off give the body a reset.

You look incredible brother and welcome, just keep in mind the outside can't look like a Lamborghini if the inside is looking like a ford pinto

I appreciate that and thank you. The interesting thing is as I’ve dropped everything except for 400 test, I’ve started to get some acne and having some trouble sleeping. My theory is that I dropped the doses too rapidly and the body doesn’t like big changes. Going to get blood work in another week so I can be sure the big doses aren’t in my system anymore. I’ll post the results once I have them.

Yeah I can see that happening it will cause a big hormone fluctuation in the body and can give you that weird yoyo affect and make u feel really off.

I am happy u dropped everything, you need to be healthy, I want to see u succeed and be your very best, I want u to enjoy it for a long time, I don't like to be super preachy but I feel obligated to make sure I look out for people in our community.
