Just a quick update. Things are moving along

I actually have logged my training and made a e book / manual.

I have been running a program I designed mixing Dorian Yates style split taking last set to absolutely failure with good rest periods and doing high protein low carbs . Definitely seeing results. Debating running tren at this point for that extra pop as I get closer to contest date in September. Also debating on switching to classic perhaps for my next show . Depends how much size I can actually put on .

tren at this point? why not but start around 16 weeks out
you do need to cut carbs even 16 weeks out
 
Hopefully I place ok for this show . What are your guys thoughts on adding tren ? Or is there a better option.
Don’t use tren now. You’ll want to use it closer to the show when on prep. TrenA 10 weeks out until two weeks out. Same with test. Switch to prop at 10 weeks out and drop it two weeks out.
 
Completely drop all gear two weeks out ?
If you switch to short water you can drop one week but drop it at two weeks and drop the orals at one week. Once the drugs come out you will dry out more as your look will improve.
 
Still making progress looking at adding 25mg dianabol for 3 weeks on and then 3 off and repeat until 2 months prior switch to mast to get a little dried out into my cut . Currently running 250 test c and 100mg primo.

how about some diet training updates? I have been doing protein shakes and bars at work and beef chicken and veggies at night really restricting carbs . Thinking of adding some carbs after workouts tho .
 
training has remained the same and just progressively overloaded using high intensity and low volume.
@Beast666 id like to see you actually share reps sets and weights with us bro
as you go keep sharing not 'generic' hard to say if you prepped for cycle or not at this point

So you think it’s ok to start talking it I have not yet …. I have 6 months until my show …. If I take it for say 3 weeks on then off then on then jump off I should dry out in time I would think.
6months until your show? well what do you plan to stack next month

that is the whole purpose of this log so you can learn what works and what doesn't and correct it for next time

the old days of bulking up and then cutting ahead of a show are sort of history.
 
dbol is fine for now, but don't want it close to contest obviously
