so far with anavar you are doing fine, I think it's a diet situation we need to discuss
you can bump the testosterone a bit like TRT+ 300mgs+
300mgs testosterone 3-350 range
with 40mgs anavar and up to 50mgs
but you need organ support and liver support like n2guard with the orals

Bloods
I see your T levels dropped, why?
did you lower your Testosterone dose?
also
your bun no good and some liver issues with ALT which is easily fixed
add 7caps n2guard ED to your stack, split 4/3

Got it. My T at 750 is from 200mg test c per week. I want to send a sample of it in for testing to figure out if I’m not a good responder or it’s underdosed. I figured my levels would be closer to double.

Ill start taking photos of my food and adding it.

Weight after workout was 223.4lbs

I may or may not lift tomorrow due to travel. I’m going to play it by ear. If I don’t lift tomorrow it’ll be Fridays workout. I do cardio first thing in the morning regardless of what’s going on because it’s the only thing that gets me out of bed and awake. I typically go to bed by 10pm and wake up somewhere between 430 and 530am.

I will probably just do a weekly body composition post from here on out or if I change anything in my diet, workout routine, or compound/dosage. I have bloods coming up in a few weeks so I will post those after I’m done with the last 2 weeks of my Anavar.

I’m under Dr managed TRT. All compounds are coming from Revive. I’m going to get it tested just because I’m seeing some people with double my numbers at the same dosage. I may look for a different clinic if it comes back low. The test c is painless though so that part is nice.

I will try and post more food pics.

Thank you. Im looking forward to posting my journey on here. I took someone’s advice today and tried to do some right side lat movements to try and balance myself out. I’m hoping in the next month I should see a difference. My first goal was to get lean then work on the imbalance but I have enough support here to give it a shot now.

I’ll be away from my primary residence for 4-5 days so today wasn’t perfect. Breakfast was normal. 2 banana snack mid morning.
.67lb cooked ground beef and 1.5 cups of rice was lunch/pre workout.
Post workout was caulipower pizza, banana, small Gatorade, and Greek yogurt.
Mid plane ride was 2 100 calorie granola bars.
Now I just ate (2) 12 counted grilled nuggets from chick fil a.

I had a long day yesterday and had a late small breakfast so I’ve had a headache for a few hours. Hopefully a nap fixes it.

I found a dslr camera in storage so I’ll take that with me when I leave if you guys think the photos are better. The flash was on in these pictures(don’t know if it matters)

I stopped by my old gym and did an in body scan. I take them with a grain of salt but I like to use multiple ways to track composition(in body, weight, clothes, photos, tape measure.

Yesterday I sent 4 samples to Jano that should get there Friday so hopefully I’ll have results in a couple weeks.

I just want to make sure I’m accurately dosing and I’m not getting ripped off. My bloods are 745 at trough on 200mg week. I’m on the lowest end of what I see people posting. My dr can write me a higher dose if I pay for it but I just want to make sure it’s not underdosed and I’m getting ripped off before I go up.

I’m trying to be at 30/50/20 p/c/f

why pay for more TRT? you can self-TRT, 1 bottle of testosterone is 10ml should last minimum 10 weeks, and you can get it from an approved source on EVO easy with full on testing done for you so you dont have to wonder bro

your protein is way too low as I thought, 30/50/20 is not good for your size, look for reverse ratios
50% protein
30% carbs (timed around training like TKD)
20% fats
and you want to moderate carbs to low GI IMO

I feel like I still have plenty of growth left in me from what I can get from the clinic. It’s really going to come down to how much food I can eat. I’ve been watching Todd Mendelssohn on TikTok and he’s saying he got to 280lbs off 250mg test only. If I can get my levels to the high end of normal instead of the middle I may be able to do it. I’m trying the less is more approach first.

training looks good i do see you need 15-20 reps on some sets like chest

on the food, looks good but post workout you need a big protein shake i dont see it so we can up protein 30-40 grams

Understood. I’m hitting Costco when I get back home tomorrow so I’ll grab a few cases of premade drinks when I grab meat and fruit. I’ll add more chest reps.

I didn’t post yesterday due to travel and stuff. I didn’t gym but I did my 3 mile walk. My body wasn’t feeling the gym so I did a rest day.

I’ll probably do back today but I won’t deadlift due to aggravating the lumbar on my right side last week. It’s almost not sore at all anymore so I should be good for next week. I will do seated back exercises today.

my upper back looks to be leaning out and it’s more noticable that my right side is lacking compared to the left. Some pointed that out last week and said to do stretching. Any ideas on what I should do specifically so I can look it up?

Understood. I had 1lb of lean ground beef for dinner. I’ll grab some cashews next time I’m at the store. I’ve been eating beef for the past 3 weeks and I think my energy levels are better. Weight was 222.2lbs post workout.

instead of cashews go with walnuts, you need high omega 3 ratios @motterbug :)

I’ve got about 6 days left on my Anavar cycle. I’m going to attempt to add more evening walks for extra cardio. I’ve posted a couple of these pics from last week but I’m adding them for side by side comparison. October 4th to October 10th morning. I’ve been eating 3000 or less calories the past week instead of the 3500 I’ve been doing. Fat is defiantly coming off faster.

I’ve got about 6 days left on my Anavar cycle. I’m going to attempt to add more evening walks for extra cardio. Yes. That’s currently what I’m focusing on. I’m adding evening walks into my schedule and working on reducing carbs. After 5pm/ in the evening. I normally go to bed at 10pm.

I woke up kind of congested/sore throat this morning. I’m hoping it runs its course soon and I can get back to being 100%. Diet will be the same as it’s been the past couple days. Goal will
He to finish the day around 2500 calories. I probably will not lift tomorrow based off of how I’m feeling now. I’m going to play this afternoon by ear for leg day.

I would swap out the sausage for something else but it's okay
 
make sure if you're going to eat sausage you get the least processed possible
a lot of times sausages contain a lot of nitrates

Good Afternoon All! I’m definetly sick and it hit me today. Friday I was an able to gym and evening walk decently.
Saturday I morning walked and helped someone I know move furniture for a couple hours(it wasn't much but it was something). My evening walk was a short lap and it was HARD!
Today(Sunday) has been the worst so far. Who body aches pretty bad. My body is using all of its energy to fight whatever virus I have. I’ve taken like 3 naps already today. Body aches seem to be getting better.
My guess is I’ll be back to normal in a week. Diet has been normal but timing has been off. Like right now I’m eating lunch 3 hours late. I’m still trying to maintain diet and exercise to I continue to lean out. It is hard to flex right now so abdominal shot is all I can do without looking flat. I’ll post some leg pics from other days since I haven’t done that yet.

and get more vitamins, can you double your vitamin C/D and multi intake? and add echinacea and elderberry
 
Evo Fam, I’m still recovering from the flu or whatever I have. Walking today was better than yesterday i wasn’t out of breath the whole time so that was good. I’m still staying around 2500 calories per day. I ended up getting a Dexa Scan today and I’m 21.9% fat which is more than I thought. I really thought I was high teens at worst for %.

All,

Today was my first day back in the gym since being sick. I did a light back workout since I’m still recovering. I’m down about 1lb since I’ve started keeping keeping calories under 3000. I’ve been doing morning and afternoon walks too. My last meal of the day was green beans and lean ground beef. I didn’t finish it but if I did my total calories for the day would have been 3080.

Today was back and bicep. I’m still doing cardio 2x per day and staying under 3k calories. I did dumbbell bicep curls, dumbbell shoulder press, and lat raises(front, side, and middle). I’m going to try and do bloods on the 31st or Nov 1st and see what my numbers look like then decide what my next move will be. I weighed 200.4lbs on the gym scale today. This is about the weight I started the Anavar cycle at 60 days ago.

final update to this log is 60 day before and after. I definetly added some size and leaned out. My waist is roughly an inch smaller based off how my pants fit. Some of my tanks are too baggy now and my fitted pants are starting to get loose. My weight is about the same as when I started. For now I’ll be back on my normal 200mg test c per week.

Overall 10/10. I love Anavar and will run it again. I like how it doesn’t aromatize and I can get some lean gains.
