Received Part B of my sponsored gear this week, so a top up to my Test E and Primo E. Crazy how quick these orders arrived from R&D through auspost, must live close by or I’ve been lucky twice now with auspost 😂

Test E pinning fine the whole time. I had very minor PIP from the Primo which I have resolved by injecting EOD now and having it mixed in the same syringe as the Test to make it smoother. Each pin since then the pip has got less and is non existent now
Test and Primo both have HPLC results available, and also passed my personal PED test reagent test so buy with confidence

First time Anavar user here , and man that stuff is insane. Been getting crazy pumps from it and a lot of vascularity in my legs , quads and calves big time

hope he is around here for a long time to come

if you can do anavar ED but preworkout 30mgs and 10mgs pWO see how you feel

1 point over is somewhat trivial
most of the time if would be due to training and metabolic waste, lifting creatinine up along with ALT & AST, most of the time due to breakdown of proteins in the body from training so no need to worry.

I recommend clients to not train 2 days prior and fill up with water in he morning to get more accurate haematology and LFTs

I feel like E2 is slightly high, but if you feel good, BP is in a good place, mood is good, sleep is good, training performance and pumps are good and low BG I don’t see a issue

I like to space out NAC and even tudca at least 2-3 hours sometimes even 4
 
Hey guys
Bit of a log update

Everything going well, training hard
Worthwhile mentions from training are
- hit 140kg back squat new PB
- hit 160kg deadlift new 3 rep PB
- hit 95kg bench (not massive numbers , but I rarely bench and working towards trying to hit 4 plates)

Have added in TUDCA and NAC daily now to make sure bloods stay healthy while I look to complete the back half of this bulk stage.
Also reintroduced creatine to my daily morning drink, was forgetting to take it some days so this ensures consistency

Starting Weight 89kg
Current weight: 97kg

Very happy with the growth this far, noticed the top half first starting to look wider and fuller. Legs took a bit longer but have noticed quads looking thicker now as well, along with more vascularity in both quads and calves!

@DofRandD as always was lightning fast with my recent order which was to top up my stock of Test and Anavar. Also provided me a vial of Tren A, never used Tren before so considering running very low dose in the last few weeks just to see how my body tolerates it and possibly try it out next bulk cycle. The legend also happily sent me some Nolvadex to just stash away in case of any side effects or flare ups in the future, nothing is too much hassle for this legend!

Definitely the plan, how many weeks would you suggest I could get away with to get the benefits to test out some big lifts without running it for too long?

Mentally the bulk is going well, have noticed the lower belly starting to soften a bit which is hard to deal with in my own head but just have to trust the process. No side effects and my lifts are increasing which is the main thing. Excited for the next cut to really get the lower stubborn belly fat to shift again. I reckon it was 4-5kg away from going last time , but I was fatigued from cutting and needed to refuel

the lower belly fat thats diet, you can clean that up but you'll gain some bodyfat a bit with bulking no matter what bro

Now 7 weeks into my cycle
Still 97-97.5kg so weight has started to flatline, will push calories up a bit now coming into Xmas time

The legend who is @DofRandD sent me a vial of Tren A to try out, plan was to hang onto this and use it next cycle. But , markers were looking good and I got tempted so I’ve decided to run low dose for the last 2 weeks. By low dose I’m talking 100mg/week, conservative to see how the body reacts to it.

Hard to say if Tren is the reason but we had a bench press and deadlift session and I’ve again just hit 1RM PBs for both
Bench press was 95kg, now 100kg
Deadlift was 160kg, now 170kg
Side effects from the Tren so far have been good, may slightly taper up the dose and keep a close eye on things.

Happy to get some feedback from you boys , below is photo after benching and to me it looks like my top half has blown up the last 2 weeks compared to previous photos if you scroll back

Don’t do tren, you have a decent cycle. Ask yourself why tren and why do I need it, are you in such a low caloric state your at risk of losing muscle? Or is it the comestic benefit?

I was getting minor pip when I first started it, but it’s gone now which I put down to 2 things,

1 - body has got used to it , was first time using primo
2 - I changed injection frequency to EOD injections and mix it in with my Test now which seems to have helped

If your asking me this question I would generally say not to use tren unless your in a contest prep competing if that.

If you wish to go ahead with it however, a low dose can go a long way for results. Bear in mind being on tren in a caloric deficit is different to a caloric surplus. 50-70mg a week is a good starting point to get its anti catabolic effects and glucocorticoid inhibition. As you had even 10-20mg, you will feel the difference. Being on 70mg vs 140mg feels badly different, which can’t be said for our general anabolics we use.

Tren you don't need much. I run it around 70mg a week. And get great benefits without the sides. But it really depends on what you looking to get out of it. You may not need it at all.

Just jumping on with a Couple updates

- @Sydneycitysupplements has been kind enough to send me some MT2 kits for free to add into my log. purely for tanning / cosmetic effects at this stage ( may still dose some mt2 when I cut next alongside reta to help with the appetite suppression )

- Mid cycle bloods done now , everything tracking well. Started taking below supps which had brought liver values back down into range (they were only marginally over anyway)
TUDCA
NAC
Fish oil

Plan was to finish this cycle Mid January, but bloodwork is indicating towards pushing it out a bit longer - no terrible side effects, minimal fat gain and body is growing & responding well to the cycle. Might push out for another 6-8 weeks and assess from there. Would definitely be ready for a 2nd Reta cut after that, really want to target the last little bit of lower belly fat and hope I can get it gone, and abs to shine through more

Back into a proper week of CrossFit this week, let me know if you guys enjoy me posting up the workouts etc I do , and if so I’ll make sure I keep adding them into my updates along with any PBs etc

I think if you put on 5 or 10 lbs of solid muscle, you would look fantastic.

Set a goal to lose 1 or 2% body fat and put around 5 lbs of muscle tissue and you'll look amazing.

Finally managed to shift the scales this week, +1kg, now sitting at 97kg

This is now 8kg increase during the bulk in 11 weeks, very happy with the results.

Looking like I will be finishing up the bulk at the end of January which will make it a 14 week cycle, hopefully finish off at 97-98kg.

After that, going to jump back into an aggressive cut to hopefully target some lower belly fat and get the abs to shine through and lean out some bit more. End goal is to sit between 90-95kg, with a nice lean appearance and good size. Cut will be using either Reta or Tirz to assist , and will continue to run mt2 as well (for tanning) but also the appetite suppression is a bonus

Anytime you can see those biceps popping through a short collared shirt like that, it's perfect.

Definitely can tell that you've leaned out and added more muscle in your transformation so far.

Make sure you shave off that hair as well.

That will go a long way to really seeing your abs.
