I am having to drop a significant amount of weight for wrestling.

I weighed 206 this morning, and have to drop to 195 by November 25th, and 189 by December 3rd.
I ate at maintenance calories to figure out what my true maintenance is, and it is around 3,100 calories where I didn't gain/lose any weight.
I am going to switch my diet to this-

Breakfast-
Two eggs
One cups egg whites
1 protein shake
(500 cals, 65 g pro)

Lunch-
1 pounds chicken
1 protein shake
(750 cals, 125 g protein)

Supper-
1/2 pound Chicken
(250 cals, 50 g protein)

TOTALS-
1,500 calories
230 g protein

Wrestling practice starts Monday, so I have-
2.5 hours hard cardio
2 hours lifting every day
Severe calories deficit

This should enable me to lose what i need. Not safe, but I need to do it. First dual against a highly ranked team in December 3.

You will loose plenty eating at 2000 calories, 1500 is way too LOW! It will causę more harm than good. You’re a very active person as well so taking such a big hit on your metabolism is reckless imo and soon enough will cause you to binge. Try 2000 I’m almost 100% certain that will be perfect for you.

I was thinking that to lose a pound a day I should still be in around a 1500 deficit.

Eating so little may also put your body into shock and your cortisol levels with go through the roof and stall your fat loss, you want the perfect balance so your body willingly lets go of the fat.

You do plenty of activities which likely put your daily expenditure around 4-5k calories so I wouldn’t be surprised if you would actually loose more weight eating even at 2500 cals but the key here is to meticulously track your foods correctly. Even the smallest errors in tracking may put you 500 calories over what you think.

Has PSL discontinued the testosterone No Ester? If they did that sucks. I was going to get my steroids for my next cycle, and saw it wasn't on there.

Not school, I meant like all the work I got behind on in my classes at college. Call it homework. I missed out on a week and a half of classes due to hunting.
I am currently 21, with my 22ng birthday coming in around two weeks.

For sure, I have to work more on my form tho. My back starts hurting slightly, I think I round it too much. Will take a video to check on it.
Also, I am going to stop training back. My rotator cuffs are not doing too well, and I think I pulled something in my lower trap area. Will start bpc-157 on my rotator cuffs, and go to a doctor to see what happened with my back.

There's a lot of companies that try to put themselves on the map with being a one-stop shop, but the reality is a lot of items don't move.
I could give you a list of the top seven items that move globally with just about every company, all of the other exotic compounds, blends or other things of that nature hardly even move. :(
 
You should absolutely try it it has stopped hurting for me, but I am only going to pin it in my quads. If you want to move your arms then don't do Delts.
If you are cutting right now which I think you are, then it'll get you even stronger than you already are.

50 mg on training days I think for you. Also have test cyp as a base, I was reading from a highly trusted person on one of these logs that this isn't a replacement for normal test. So still do like 3-400 mg of test cyp a week. I'm not a pro cycle maker but I'd try it if I was you.
It's still up to vision if it's still available, however.

Sorry guys, just recovered from a concussion due to wrestling. This week I am currently 9-0 in my matches and will start lifting and taking my steroids again, haven't lost any muscle so that's good.
I have dropped from 26% bodyfat down to 17%, while going from 225 to 208. So I have lost 23 pounds of fat while adding 15 pounds of muscle so far. I went in to squat yesterday and got 315x5, and also on bench I got 185x7, so I haven't lost strength, if not I gained some.

My wrestling coaches have wanted me to stay around 210 for the last little while, but they have now wanted me to get to 189 pounds in the next two weeks. It is 20 pounds in 2 weeks, but I can do it. I will be consuming nothing but diet pop and water, and every three days I will have a small meal around 400 calories. That, combined with practice, lifting, cardio, and a severe deficit, will allow me to meet my goals. I have around 5 weeks left of test no ester, and I am also going to implement 225 mg of primobolqn depot every week, dosed M/W/F, 75 mg each time.
After, I will be running an extensive post Cycle Therapy, but I plan to run the test no ester and primobolqn depot for the next five weeks, which will bring me to the end of wrestling season. Our team is currently ranked extremely high, but we are out with a lot of injuries. Will continue posting my lifts, but there will be no food to speak of.

Hey guys, sorry for not getting back to everyone. A week ago, my coaches had me cut 20 pounds in 2 days for weight, and I wasn't aware previously. I am now around 200 pounds, and I have 5 weeks left of my cycle. Vision was nice enough to hook me up with a pct, and another reason I haven't replied is that customs held my steroids for 3 weeks, so I haven't been able to take anything. I also got into a car crash, not very severe but enough to were I can't drive to the gym. I will have to do home workouts with my dumbbells.

My remaining five weeks of this cycle will be-

Testosterone No Ester, 150 mg/week

(50 mg/inj. 1 mL) M/W/F

Primovlan Depot, 225 mg/week

We have our national finals for wrestling tomorrow, I am not going to say what team but we are currently top 4 and going for 1st in the nation. Will not say what divison/school either, not going to doxx myself.
 
Hey guys, sorry for not getting back to everyone. A week ago, my coaches had me cut 20 pounds in 2 days for weight, and I wasn't aware previously. I am now around 200 pounds, and I have 5 weeks left of my cycle. Vision was nice enough to hook me up with a pct, and another reason I haven't replied is that customs held my steroids for 3 weeks, so I haven't been able to take anything. I also got into a car crash, not very severe but enough to were I can't drive to the gym. I will have to do home workouts with my dumbbells.

My remaining five weeks of this cycle will be-

Testosterone No Ester, 150 mg/week

(50 mg/inj. 1 mL) M/W/F

Primovlan Depot, 225 mg/week

(75 mg/inj. 1 mL) M/W/F

They held it for 3 weeks. Did they completely seize or just let it through finally?
 
They sent a letter asking to either destroy it or something else, because they already opened it. They sent it anyway and I reviewed it yesterday. Will start using them on Monday.
That's amazing they opened and then let it through. It's a good thing though. The person who opened it probably uses themselves. It's not like we are harming anyone.

@rodannis789 interesting update, so customs held the gear then released it or you have no gear?

It happens they probably jacked your gear.

I know it's veen a while but I'm scared what should I do if I accidentally injected 0.04 mL (30 mcg of igf1des) of bac water into my vein in my bicep? There was a little blood leakage and i dont know whay to do.

Yes the blood could be a concern, but hard to say as you haven’t updated us. Not clear what other things you’re doing and how you’re training.

I wi update tonight and explain everything, but do you think the blood is fine? It was just two drops so I'm not sure. I feel fine but you know how it is

Thanks man, I'm working on it now. It's been very on and off, life has been rough. It'll be detailed in my next post, but I have gained insane strength inm the last two weeks (this has had downsides)

I have had quite the rough patch lately. On December 13, 2024, I was caught with steroids in my bag on campus- I had a vial of testosterone cypionate, and a vial of testosterone no Ester. I am currently facing a felony, which I am hoping will get resolved. Around February 1st, I asked vision to help ke out with my post cycle therapy, and he was great, though it was stopped by customs. I have had nothing in my system for a great while, though my strength stayed roughly the same. I will update on the felony charge on April 29, this coming Tuesday, as that is when my court date is. Not sure if this is too much information, but I think I should let the guys know.
I started a cycle 10 ish days ago, and it is fine since I already learned during the pre trial they won't test me. I am implementing small doses to help bring my maxes up to be on the leaderboard at the weight room, which is on May 23rd.
Sunday, Week 0-Sunday, Week 2
Test no Ester, 20 mg/day
Rad 140, 20 mg/day
Cardarine, 20 mg/day
Igf-1-des, 100 mcg/day
This will stay the same, but for weeks 3-6 I will be adding in testosterone propionaye at 250 mg/week for my levels to stay the same. I might try a little bit of anadrol before maxing out, but this is still being debated.
Maxes on Sunday, Week 0-
295 squat
195 bench
275 deadlift
Maxes on Friday, Week 2- (today)
Squat- 345 for 3
Deadlift- 305 for 5
Benxh- 205 for 5.
Testosterone no Ester is amazing.
However, gaining strength this fast has had downsides. My knees are in mediocre pain right now, I think mcl and acl. I will push through it, and will check in with my doctor after I do my Maxes to see if there is anything wrong. I will also try and get a trt prescription after this cycle and everything cleared, just to be able to have extra test around and have a reason for it to be here. After these six weeks, I will be following Dylan gemellis 6 week pct plan, and then doing a pretty big bulk. I still need yo make 187 for wrestling next season, so I have to stay under 200 pounds. Will take update pictures tomorrow- I haven't lost any weight yet (yes, I'm on a cut), but I look wayyyyy leaner and have way more muscle in my opinion.
Will post diet tomorrow, I ate too much today- its my mother's birthday.
