I'm starting a log sponsored by hog101 using his BiowpowRNA Test e 250 and primo 200

This was not for free but was given at a discounted rate to do a log so you can guarentee my unbiased opinion and 100% honest feedback

Cycle details:

I will be posting up current bloodwork when that comes back I was on a cruise of 250 test e taken 1 day after last shot (this was from another source)

I will be doing the same in 4 weeks time while running an average of 520mg test e, 490mg primo per week
Shots will be e2d at 0.6ml test e, 0.7ml primo

Goals are to continue building lean muscle whilst staying lean, possibly leaning out slightly more.

Hey guys just received results for my test levels whilst on 250 test e, (different supplier)

Since then I have only been on BiowpowRNA gear and will be taking bloods on the 6th of December so everyone can have a good comparison. These were take 1 day after the last pin. I will be testing 1 day after last pin in 4 weeks time to keep the testing consistent

Just did a basic blood for comparison of test levels

In 4 weeks when this new gear is kicked in I'll be getting some comprehensive bloodwork done to check if any changes are necessary, compare the differences in using BiopowRNA and to find out the potency of it

My currect training program consists of alternating upper/lower workouts 6 days per week. 1 set per exercise and a lot of unilateral, stable and supported exercises

Mostly keeping 1-2 RIR and choosing 1 or 2 exercises 0RIR. Aiming for consist progressive overload whilst minimising fatigue

Todays upper session,

Hammerstrength plate loaded row -
Unilateral 2 x 6 - 120kg

Db flat bench 1 x 6 55kg

Lat pulldown wide neutral grip 1 x 6, 108kg

Pannata smith shouldee press 1 x 6 , 70kg

Single arm cable xbody tricep extension 2 x 6, 16.5kg

Single arm cable bicep curl 2 x 6, 18kg

Training Update

Ive been hitting them pretty heavy low volume but high frequency 3 times per week

Im going to look at dialing back slightly to 3 upper 2 lower days

Todays training I hit an easyish upper day instead as i hit upper yesterday aswell

Hahaha yeah dips lacking today but smashed them yesterday so not too much of an issue

Usually hitting weighted dips but gym got crowded and said fuck it

Be back tomorrow maybe hit another upper day again and let the legs rest as you said is the probably the smarter idea

I have those blocks at home can do dips like big blocks you put your feet on floor and short dip
 
Training update

Have had a few days off legs, knees feeling heaps better

Ive written myself a new 6day program U/L split

Absolutely loved todays first session and keen to see how the other days go. Aswell as progressing in these lifs

i see you doing a lot of single arm, you find it better for you, why not doing both arms with cables etc? for balance? :D

Few reasons behind why I do alot of single arm and single leg variations. Some due to maxing out machines/cables

I feel like i can concentrate and focus a lot more when doing unilateral exercise

Im able to get some extra ROM on certain things

With shoulder exercise I have some imbalance due to previous injury. So what i do is weak side first into no rest stronger side and match the reps

you're that strong impressive :D yea with shoulders careful with injuries
 
single arm is good but make sure you warm up
Yeah always do about 5 warm up sets
Start off light as possible for 10 reps then progressively add weight and reduce reps 30 secs rest inbetween. Then 1.30-2 mins rest before top set

Also do 5 mins cardio to warm everything up, then another 5-10 mins of stretching/mobility exercises before any lifts

Im still learning as much as I can to try and write the best hypertrophy programs I can and testing everything on myself before i start offering any coaching

This is the start of my 2nd upper lower 6 day program ive written. Over the next few weeks I will refine it some more

The first block I did for about 16 weeks and only recently stalling in progress in some exercises and getting bored of it but extremely happy with the progress i made from start to finish

Just focusing on personal training programs in person as well as some online for others I know but that use different gym facilities.

Got a hell of a lot to learn still in just that

I'll happily give others what knowledge I can about cycles especially when its to do with safety and tell them to err on the side of caution. Get bloods before during and after run less than you think you need and titrate up if you feel like you need too

As much as I'm happy to make informed decisions for myself after trial and error Im not sure if I want to make recommendations to anyone as I'm not educated enough to be comfortable doing that

On another note, knee sleeves arrived this arvo 7mm fit nicely so will be good to see if they can help with the bit of tendonits and keep them warm during lower sessions
@willipede knee sleeves help but I found them to be effective if you mix in joint support daily, tighten up the knees and get supps daily helps recovery while you are still able to train bro

Yeah just more of a preventative measure for a little extra support. They've improved 60-70% over only the last week. Yesterdays session just flared up a bit when trying to do heavy leg extensions they seem to be the main culprit

Will skip them for the rest of the week and started taking bpc/tb500/ghk-cu shots again for a speedy recovery

Should be rock n roll by next week I think

There are those that talk about instinctive training. It's mostly horse crap. Ask any 15 year old who trains and if they lack structure it'll be arms and chest (and when I say arms I mean biceps only lol).

You also have those that will hit a muscle over multiple exercises on the basis of how they felt 5 minutes after a great set on the bench etc when their chest was on fire. That's why even on this forum you'll see (as we did recently) one member who is 6' plus and weighs 175lbs doing 22 sets for biceps. Science says that's a waste of time in almost all trainees. Even with PEDs.

Now although I consider myself more of a lifter not 'builder' I carry a good deal of muscle. Because I train for strength I have targets I wanna hit. Ergo I'll have an idea of where I wanna be in X weeks time. I have periods of the year when I do very low volume and much higher (relative to my normal).

Using my own bicep training it's ONE movement per arms workout. Currently either hammer curls or alternate dumbbell curls. When I train HEAVY that's a 90kg/198lbs dumbbell usually for around 8 or so reps (PB was 14) per arm. That's, as you might imagine, f'kin brutal. Ergo having a number to hit is more or less a must. Because it's so damned hard it'd be ok to ease off.

I use sleeves, belts etc ONLY on my top heavy sets

That does sounds like a ball tearing workout.

I think I'll start playing around with some periodisation and trying learn training blocks and how they will link up with each following mesocycle.

Kind of just making it up from each block to block at the moment but in future I might try and plan my goals for the next 6 months and work backwards from there.

Im kind of lost for what I want out of my training as ive only been trying to get lean and train for hypertrophy but with no competitions its hard to have a fixed goal.

I am becoming a personal trainer starting early next year and I would like to compete in some competitions for the sake of understanding and learning incase I have clients that want to go down that route
 
@Eddie Haskell felt pain free, this is the first time I've introduced free weights

Since my last training log I have slowly introduced supported shoulder exercises to build strength and been doing a lot of stretching and mobility work

I've been wanting to do alot with my shoulders for a long time as I've never been able to train them due to ongoing injury and issues

They're not 100 percent but I feel confident I can grow them now without more injury as they have always been my weakest point.

have you been doing foam rolling? I would suggest it and lots of infrared light therapy can you get a lamp? @willipede

Got a hard rubber ball that i use on my shoulders and traps before upper sessions

And stretching and dead hangs also been doing pilates once a week to help with some mobility and stabiliser muscles

I constantly have goals. It makes you focus. Today will be more reps than last week using 220lbs a side on the iso lever bench

on the infrared, just buy an infrared lamp yourself probably 50$ but not sure in AU dollars ;)

Occasional acne on face will wait to see what bloods say then may lower Test e and up the primo if E2 is running high

The acne seems to have slowed down now that im at full saturation and hormones should be steady

Other than that gear has been great no other noticable sides so far

Acne on your back and face are pretty common when using steroids, if you're going to be prone to it.
Yeah I usually seem to get it when either starting cycle when levels are climbing, then also after coming off or if e2 is a bit high

Will be good to see what everythings doing with the added primo. Ive not run test or primo this high before as I like to minimise the need for AIs.

Usually around 350-400 test plus other anabolics i start having sides but this time is probably the least ive had whilst running the most gear I ever have.
 
A lot of times acne will flare up along with any androgenic or estrogenic effects of the steroids you're using.
Considering Primo has neither. You might be able to have a better showing

Physique Update - 4 week mark

Feel like im looking slightly leaner and a bit more vascular than last pic. Bodyweight stable at 88kg still but slow steady strength increases

Setting some targets/goals for development
Feeling like I would benefit from a couple things, some improvement in lower pec region, overall shoulder growth for a more v-look and some calf growth
