So after taking deload and a break so i can get my mind right anr refocus on my goals and bodybuilding, i did my first workout after coming back.

I just wasn't motivated or feeling myself laet few weeks so i took a break from everything.

In other news never really had vascularity in the front of my legs, somehow i now do, could be from when i do Dumbbell cave Raises i lean forward and then lean backward onto my heels and lift my toes working the front of the leg as well as the cave.

Just keep it simple for the first workout back.

That's awesome man. Found a new exercise, switched things up a bit. Sounds refreshing and a way to keep pushing through and progressing.

I check back daily because i can play a full episode on way to and from work, i gained alot of tips and knowledge along the way and implemented it into my training.

I felt like breaking my workout up for legs would be beneficial as ive never attempted it.

Stevesmi & Mobster mentioned shin work on a recent evolution podcast, it got me thinking i do a tiny amount of work for shins, what if i tried to isolate and do more for them.

Anything to help overall leg development is a win for myself, a light bulb went off, i was looking at the laying hamstring curl machine and bingo, i said to myself what if i reverse the movement and instead of laying chest down heels hooked under, what if i lay down and hook the front of my foot under right behind my toes and pull them backwards toward me.

The idea paid off and it worked excellent for a shin movement, pump and burn was great. Also experimented putting a 20lb dumbbell behind the toes and flexing the toes upwards, also worked great.

Seated Cave Press ( using leg press, shin with cave work letting the toes fully stretch backwards on the movement.

Overall cost was 311 dollars, found a 10% off coupon so out the door 260 dollars, not bad at all, in February i have more blood work being done, so i can compare and contrast results.

That is the goal, because ive most certainly failed myself and the ones around me this time around, we learn from our mistakes and we find a way forward, hell or high water cant look back only forward, i hope you and mr roid also have an amazing Christmas and new year.

I Dont Think of it as you failed yourself or it’s a mistake, that’s too harsh. It’s just a bump in the road dude. Don’t do that to yourself. Yes learn. But not always a mistake. I’m an optimist. Yeah i get in this mindset if i dont hit my goals i failed, i think its just that bodybuilding mindset which is a terrible mindset and not healthy, i put alot of pressure on myself and it impacts me negatively, you are right i need to stop doing that and need to focus on the positives, you always have a good way of putting things in prospective, and i greatly appreciate you taking the time and always helping me correct my wrong thinking or behaviors that could be holding me back.

Lol you and roid will forever be my biggest support system when it comes to trying to push me into the power lifting space 😁😂 maybe if i fail at bodybuilding that could be an option.

Shit i forgot with everything going on, im running hcgenerate with it, yeah i wanted to do a little more mast and test but coach doesnt like the idea, so i stick with what he puts in place and run it that way.

I will have to order more N2Guard soon before i run out, need some for the bridge when i start it.

I am, im at the point i have roughly half a bottle left, had 2 bottles, so need to stock up some for the 10 week cycle so i have enough for and afterwards.

Ive found i enjoy it more than 90/10 and i add some powdered taco spice to it.

I like utilizing low dose and to see what i can do and accomplish on not alot of gear.

Thank you brother 🙏 i felt my shoulders did improve some, i haven't done much for them, i do machine seated shoulder press and that is about it, dont go super heavy either, sometimes keeping it simple really pays off.

Yeah i hope when i do a hard cut and aim for hitting 190-195lbs probably come spring time, plan is recomp, than hard cut, hopefully everything will come together, i feel if certain parts are to big it wont line up with men's physique body standards.

My estrogen has never been this low in my life and i dont think my body likes it, sore elbows harder to recover, stamina is down, just the last month or so been really tired, my estrogen is typically in the mid 30's to low 40's so my body i dont think is used to this or likes it.

I dont see a real issue with your estrogen levels. You should consider food levels as the basis for how you feel imo.

Could be food and could also be cold weather and getting dark eariler in the day, could be the constant temperature changes that are making my elbows or knees sore ontop of tired, maybe need to take a high dose of vitamin d + k2.

My coach has a plan he is working on putting in place with training and food, should have it in a few days time and when i do, i will share it with everyone, new macros among other plan implantations.

Talk to your coach, you probably should modify your food a bit but not sure better you plan with your coach on this.

We already have it set in motion he is working on a plan for me, with the holidays i understand it will take a bit, im in no hurry i gave him a range of calories based on gaining, maintaining, or losing weight for my height age and weight
