For sure. I’m in the processing of figuring this out now. Yesterday I got to lift mid morning so I had more energy but I was wiped out after. Ive been slowly dropping weight and trying to more reps. I’m doing back now and I’m not going hard or deadlifts.Id actually cut a few sets over time will he hard to sustain and you will get brunt out, its nonlinear, one day you will go in or wake up and nust constantly feel exhausted, lactic acid builds quicker and cortisol shoots up, for brief building blocks high volume is great, learn hour body and when to back off, will help you in the future for gains over time.

Overall I still feel pretty good with the exception that my body is missing carbs. I started eating a 1000-1200 calorie frozen pizza the last 2 Sundays to kind of refeed myself to start the next week. Overall I still try to stay under 3500 calories and closer to 3000 everyday. On Sunday I really just trade some protein for carbs and I can immediately tell a difference.

Gym energy has been fine I think. It’s a little harder to stay focused do to lack of carbs but it’s ok. I’m actually getting stronger/gaining some size because my lifts are going up and my weight/waist is going down. Sleep has been ok. I slept on the wrong pillow a couple nights in a row so I’m correct my morning neck pain by being more careful how I set my head on the pillow.

Weight as of yesterday was 213.4. Cardio has been cut down from 5 miles per day to 2 due to it being cold af out now. I’m probably going to add in 100mg nandrolone next time I see the doc. I’m going to be in recomp mode probably until winter is over.

275 is enough, its not about weight its about quality ATGI squatted 275 for 7 on my last set of legs yesterday which I haven’t done in a while. I don’t have a max but I remember doing 355 8 times once but I was a lot younger. I’ll get back there eventually.

Last time my hallway weight was 224 and change.
Gonna continue to recomp until it gets warmer. I’ll add a food log either tomorrow or this weekend.

Agreed. I had two different test administrators that’s why it wasn’t uniform and the results were skewed.As I'm sure you'd guess to use the dexa scan try and wear the same every time to get the best numbers

Yes. My daily target calories is going to be 3500 with atleast 2lbs of meat products. I’m continuing to get more strength back every week since I stopped the mini cut I did and I’m enjoying it. Breakfast=830 (3 packets out meal) (5 large eggs)
Snack=280 (banana and protein protein bar)
Lunch=1100 (1lb lean ground beef and jasmine rice)
Pre workout= 80 (banana)
Dinner=1170 (3 beef burritos)
Total=3460 calories
@LevButlerov I can start adding chicken in a couple months. I have a freezer full of beef I need to go through first. I can substitute some burrito shells for vegetables though.
