What do u feel is a good dosage for NPP for muscle growth? 400mg per week?
for muscle growth bro i'll be straight anything under 300mgs is too light
but there is a mental aspect with nandrolone no matter the ester, if you good with it, pump it to 400 but I cant do it
had a few clients go off on me lol with depression with npp
 
I just want to find out if there is much difference in using 400mg or more compared to 200mg to my cycle. I like it for joint relief but want to take advantage of it if more is better at muscle building. Will be doing 500mg test, 500mg Primo and wonder if I should go 400-500mg NPP instead of 200mg? What differences could I expect?
400mgs a huge difference vs 200mgs bro
 
I've not used NPP, Ive used Deca. Joints felt awesome. I believe I did 400mg weekly with test base.
My only issue with Deca was my LDLs. Seem to elevate it.
if you feel good on it, hit it bro but you got bpc and hgh so joints should be fine even without it
 
I've noted you always include 'Androgen Rage'. So mood on waking right? Do PEDs have that much of an effect?
I see it as when on gear how aggressive and strong do I feel at the gym. Am I getting after it at the gym or going thru the motions. For me it is how was my workout on the gear. Did I tear it up?

I really like spinach but I really like asparagus lately. It cooks really easier. All you have to do is boil it.

you always tear it up bro as you're trying but diet will be key with cardio in 2025 and dialing in 3 months EARLY to get a feel for the look

Weight is holding steady.

Plugging along. Feel pretty good. Ready for the anabolics but patience. Very soon. Have blood work scheduled for next Friday (Jan 31). Cycle starts on Saturday (Feb 1). I do a variety of 2 plate presses on Wednesdays. I'm much quicker and also do 3 top sets.

I see my physique , you don't always see much change. You need people to tell you. I've been asking about muscle maturity. There is something new I am noticing with my delts and tie in. I'm still fluffy and not as lean so I see it when pumped and while lifting thru range of motion but I feel like there is something new there.

My understanding is

Hypertrophy is the growth of existing muscles. Training in the 10-20 rep range. Feeling the muscle and isolating. You generally can get this with a good diet, nutrition, sleep, and consistent training regimen. Androgens will help recovery and growth. You are still limited to your genetic potential. There are so many muscle cells and they will only grow to certain size.

Hyperplasia is the creation of new muscle fibers. When you are younger, you have high testosterone and GH running naturally. Your body given the right stimulation overload principle will create new fibers. I think this happens in your teens, maybe a few years into our 20s. As you age the workouts, regimen, and androgens themselves won't cause hyperplasia. I think you need GH/IGF etc. That will create the new muscle fibers. The other issue is once you create the new muscle fibers they are small? You have to create enough tension for them to grow. More recruitment. So it will take a few years of all the items mentioned for hypertrophy to act on these new fibers to grow your overall mass.

What do you all think? That's my understanding. We all would like both, especially in target areas. The right combination will get you your best version of genetic capability. I wonder if there is a workout specific to hyperplasia. I would think it would be heavy and low reps like a power lifter?

@PrinceDaddy we all want both bro lol we want to grow and make more muscles of course
but reality is something different, at your age and this is your prep year you're best off just trying to come in lean and tight
ive seen you and you look great already bro, just getting lean and dialing in on stage is #1 for you not mass building or anything else

I feel much better, more energy, just a better general well being. It is strange that it may feel good short term to enjoy that pizza, cookie, or chips but the long term feeling is tired, weak and foggy.

One more week of tuning the body before prep. My friend asked me if I would have cheat before. Ugh. no, I'm done with the cupcake, cookies, candies, and ice cream. You must desire the gains and cut more than the treats. Once that mindset is there, that is the thing you chase...

Good idea about the clean food. I feel like I can eat as much clean food as possible for no fat gain. I think lots of veggies and fibrous carbs are the way to go. Keeps u full and u feel better as blood glucose stays under control. I look forward to eating more bananas and strawberries. So good and clean. I also plan on eating brown rice for a change.

Keep it clean always, even the refeeds have to be clean, rice oatmeal etc. You have a pro card on the table, concentrate on the goal. :D

Overall good leg work out today. 405 banded high bench squats, 7 tops sets. I feel pretty good. Ready for the cycle.

Feels like my interest was initially in just oral and injectable steroids. SARMs came around as research chemicals so dabbled a little there, but felt androgens seem more proven vs SARMs. These last few years peptides seem to be the hot thing. I've tried a few, I'm ready to try some more.

Going to be using HGH, IGF-LR3, and BPC-157 after Feb 8th, curious to see how I feel. Later in May, I would like to do retatrutide and SLU-PP-332. Looking into these two.

My biggest issue is still my distention. Now I'm wondering if Greek yogurt is causing inflammation. Does not seem to bother me. Love the flavor, but maybe causing some inflammation. May try to see if there is some difference in belly bloating?

Yeah the foods can cause inflammation. I see lots of pros are starting to do food allergy tests. It's amazing how many things can be fixed in the gut with food choice.

I'd post my dinner, but its all gone now. Ground beef 93/7 with bell peppers/onions and two eggs cooked in.

Overall good leg work out today. 405 banded high bench squats, 7 tops sets. I feel pretty good. Ready for the cycle.

Feels like my interest was initially in just oral and injectable steroids. SARMs came around as research chemicals so dabbled a little there, but felt androgens seem more proven vs SARMs. These last few years peptides seem to be the hot thing. I've tried a few, I'm ready to try some more.

Going to be using HGH, IGF-LR3, and BPC-157 after Feb 8th, curious to see how I feel. Later in May, I would like to do retatrutide and SLU-PP-332. Looking into these two.

My biggest issue is still my distention. Now I'm wondering if Greek yogurt is causing inflammation. Does not seem to bother me. Love the flavor, but maybe causing some inflammation. May try to see if there is some difference in belly bloating?

Can you try a 36 hour water fast? this way we can see if your body can flush everything out in that time and how tight you get.

I'm sure they'll open up a gym close to you and your gym won't be as crowded. That's usually how the cycle works.

This is me improvising to 150 back in November. Felt good back then, but felt a slight bicep strain on my right side after a few weeks of the step up. Ended up pulling back, saving time on the set up. All good at the moment. May try again when the gear kicks in depending on feels.

Lifetime goes up to 130s. LA Fitness goes up to 100s. There are others that may go higher, but these are where I have memberships and are convenient for me. It's enough to stim the muscle.

@LevButlerov You have me thinking. My longest fast during preps has been 15-17 hour water fasts. I don't like it if I am doing a heavy work out day. This Friday, I have blood draw scheduled for 2pm, I will be water fasted from 9pm evening before to 3pm the next day. I might stretch that to 6pm, maybe 20 hours.

Trying to make a weight target, I have pushed possibly to 36 hours. I think I was restricting water as well. I remember cramping and getting much smaller. I should try again but with plenty of water. Thinking....

@PrinceDaddy i did fast a few times doing show prep and i can tell you it controls the gut for sure bro
i highly suggest you try 36 hours and see, you will really tighten up the mid section from it

Another good leg day in the books. Just up to 315 banded, 3 plates on olympic bar, 305 on the safety bar. Very much trying to slow the rep and have as much control as possible. I have been doing accessory work with a front smith squat and zercher in the smith machine.

Ground turkey once again for dinner today.

Some other updates:
1) Still looking for a job, not much happening there.
2) Kid got accepted to 10 schools, still waiting on a few. All of them are out of state. Trying to narrow down to a few schools and take visits and her make decision. Expensive to fly out, stay overnight and come back. Can't really make a decision without seeing the uni in person. Will need to these visits before April and have a decision by May 1st
3) Sold my dad's property, the funds will come in handy. Working on getting closure to taxes for last year so we can begin the disbursement to us three descendants. The money not a lot, but enough to get thru this year

All I can say is One day at a time.

Thinking will start my blood draw fast at 9pm tomorrow evening. Blood draw will be around 2pm the next day. I have an obligation at 4pm. I will try to break the fast at 6pm so should have a 20 hour fast. Plan on testing glucose/ketones before breaking the fast. Will break the fast with Korean barbecue, Burning Rice

Will complete my feeding window at 9pm this evening. Water till 6pm tomorrow. 21 hours should be good. I do want to try the 36 hour at some point. I am thinking of doing them when I have to do college visits with the kid.

Saturday is the start. I've mentioned the cycle a few threads above. I will lay it out again tomorrow. Ready for a transformation.
I also plan on switching out shoes, try the metcon shoes for leg day and another pair of bouncy shoes for other days. My Versa Gripps are worn, the new ones in effect after this Saturday. I've had them ready. I just try to get as mileage out of my equipment as possible,

21 hour fast completed. I felt it on the stair mill. My body and brain are not used to it at this point.
Just seemed to get head aches in the morning. I took a nap around noon, drank plenty of water.
Late in the day around 4-6, similar feels. Got it done. Blood work is drawn, should have results by the end of next week.

I tested using my Keto Mojo prior to meal this evening, low level of Ketosis

It is blast time. Heavy Legs earlier today. The work out was not enhanced as I do my shots later in the evening.
7 top banded high box squat sets @405. After the squats and deads, I tried some nordic curls. I think my hams were too strained at this point, but may try again on Tuesday.

Took my first cycle shots a little while ago. Should get better as the week goes.

I have to admit I did not like the 21 hour fast yesterday. As I mentioned, I felt like laggard. Just was dragging. Headache when I was on the stair mill in the AM post work out and similar head ache later in the evening just before breaking the fast in the evening. I ate well last night. I may have binged a little with some healthy nuts and crackers. I actually felt great today. Just strong. My core felt tighter due to the fasting. I may want to make this part of my protocol. I may slip a few of these fast between now and May 1. Thanks @LevButlerov for the suggestion.

@PrinceDaddy this means you have a real issue with blood sugar and its something you can fix now. We need to try a few 21-24 hour OMAD fasts to clear up your gut.
Likely part of the gut bloat is the mass of food in there, it needs to clear out via fasting and psyllium husk.

You sure love EQ. Do you feel it helps power you through intense leg sessions?
@RoidRage69 EQ was in my first injectable cycle. I still have the post giving me the idea on how to proceed.

I think from work out perspective, I do like a nandrolone better, but it really wrecks my cholesterol.
EQ does not seem to do that, the only issue I tend to see is higher hematocrit or RBC.
That seems to clear up very quickly off cycle.

Seemed to be lagging today. Got my 2 plate 225 presses done. I do 4 top sets on incline/military/decline.
Eating ground beef with avocado this evening.

Defining my androgen rage. Now that I have officially started my cycle I can describe my workout mood. Did I kill it, was it just the standard, or was I dragging. The intent is to describe how my workouts are feeling now that I am blasting. I injected yesterday so would not anticipate any effect just yet. I would think by Thursday I should start feeling the impact. If anything my arms/shoulders looked a little more watery than usual.
Weight is holding steady.

Ready to get going.
 
You basically do the same weight on military press as incline right? 225 for sets? Would you say your shoulders are abnormally strong for your size and age?
I probably do have strong shoulders. I have worked up to this. I know a year or 2 ago, it would have been 4 to 8 reps. I just do 10 reps now standard. I try to get the bar to nose length for the 225 set. On the 135 i go much lower. I would like to touch my upper chest. I am going to work towards that opposed to more weight.

Broke out my new versa gripps today. Still feel laggy. Got the work out done, but just seem to be dragging. I think I am going to try my new shoes Nike Metcons tomorrow. Next shot will be tomorrow. Getting some snippets of my blood work. Looks good to me so far. A few markers are off, Some may be due to not being hydrated enough, I did drink water, but was thirsty and prob could have had some more water. RBC and Hematocrit. Everything else looks pretty solid so far, especially cholesterol. I think it is interesting clean eating has fixed my cholesterol. One month of very specific clean foods and marked improvement.

Tomorrow is my light leg day. Let's hope for some more rage!

Eating Spinach Omelet this evening. Took my second shot this EQ 200/Test 200. Workout was decent today, but still not amped. I did finally switch out the air jordans for metcons. The soles on the air jordans felt flatter. I do like the stability. I did not like the hi top having to lace up.
Just more time consuming getting in and out of the shoes. Also have been using the wedge and getting better mobility in the squat.

Feel like I have more control and strength in my movements. I'm just trying to have better depth and control. Would like to see more of this than added weight. Sometimes, I can feel the quad movement other times the glute activation at the bottom. Just want to feel it. 225 and 135 are super easy.
