It is blast time. Heavy Legs earlier today. The work out was not enhanced as I do my shots later in the evening.
7 top banded high box squat sets @405. After the squats and deads, I tried some nordic curls. I think my hams were too strained at this point, but may try again on Tuesday.
Took my first cycle shots a little while ago. Should get better as the week goes.
I have to admit I did not like the 21 hour fast yesterday. As I mentioned, I felt like laggard. Just was dragging. Headache when I was on the stair mill in the AM post work out and similar head ache later in the evening just before breaking the fast in the evening. I ate well last night. I may have binged a little with some healthy nuts and crackers. I actually felt great today. Just strong. My core felt tighter due to the fasting. I may want to make this part of my protocol. I may slip a few of these fast between now and May 1. Thanks
