Do most female fitness models use performance enhancing drugs, or is it mostly men?

I am a 26 year old female, and I am wondering if the physiques of those fit, toned and athletic fitness models are attainable and realistic without performance enhancing drugs

I think their physiques are def attainable for most. Maybe not stage physiques but i'm thinking that's not what your after.
You have to be willing to work for it. I've seen some pretty impressive female physiques develop at my gym without drugs.

Theyre attainable but it shouldnt be kept long term women with low bodyfat tend to lose their periods and get health problems because womens bodyfat isnt supposed be low

It’s not a black and white answer

If someone has incredible genetics, they can look much better than someone who’s on a ton of y gear with any situation

Anabolic Steroids, help break down barriers to help you get stronger and build more muscle than you normally would. They also have an affect on your metabolism. So it gives you an advantage over someone who say a twin who has the exact same genetics as you and eats the same and trains, the same. All things being equal, of course.

@ilovebenching 100% many of the girls are using anavar, clenbuterol and other drugs. Some even worse.

You're trying to copy them? what is your goals? share please

Considering the big bucks that are involved with this sort of thing, they're going to do whatever they need to to achieve their goals.

female fitness models are on a lot of things.
lots of drugs like clen for example.

Would love to share more about what your goals are.
I would get a log Journal, going.

Would love to learn more about you. Put up a log and post pictures and we'll give you an honest assessment of what you should use.

There is a new Fit Model division. Most bikini and figure gals I have met are natural. It is possible to get a pro card naturally. Depends on genetics, insertions, work ethic, diet etc. I think to compete at the highest level as IFBB Pro, most are using. Best of luck to you!
Sorry but I disagree. It's just that they are worse for feeling ok with being open about PED use. One example is a LOT use Clen.

I'll share pics later when i am home. My dream physique would be something like the one in the OP (Lais De Leon). Or even a toned athletic body like Arianny Celeste and the UFC ring girls.

I want to looks strong, but not overly muscular or manly looking. Fit and strong and athletic, big bust, big glutes and flat tummy. I am currently training 5x a week, 2 upper body, 2 lower body with rest day in between and cardio on my 2 other free days (45 min stair master and walking etc)

We also did a podcast on what is called 'modelling'. Meaning kinda copying someone who has a similar build to yours. So if you have a HUGE pelvis and are actually heavily built in terms of bone structure then you will NOT turn into a skinny assed fitness bitch no matter what drugs are used. If, however, your underlying structure IS like the photos then, combined with training, diet and SENSIBLE and SAFE use of PEDs it'll just be down to the hard work and dedication you'e prepared to put in.

keep in mind those pictures you see are them at their very best

i've run into a lot of these fitness people in person in the grocery store and they had ice cream and junk food in their cart and looked nothing like that.

Lets start by sharing pics to see your base please :D and we can plan from there.

Genetics play a huge role but yes, there are steroids everywhere. You hear about it more with males (bodybuilders, strippers, etc) but women are definitely using PEDs as well.

Use sarms or var
