Sleep 7 Hrs.

Thyroid meds, osteoflex, MHB T bomb,
Ashwaganda, vitamin b complex, mct oil, vitamin d3, and oregano pills
Coffee 3 cups @7am
1st meal @ 11:00 am 2 pork belly 3 pork spare ribs half bag of brocoli and cheese

Macadamia nuts are really good but they're all so very tough on the teeth. So be careful with that.
 
Fasting looks really solid.

Tell us more about that, what your plans are?

Burpees for cardio
I used to run like hell for hour's... But I wanna slow my self and build more muscle hopefully.
I know I probably need to change up and go heavier, but it's what I got now and starting were I stand.
My 3rd meal was at 10:30 pm.. Late clock off from work.. Hungry
Half a game hen small slap of pork ribs.. Mix veggies.

Dennys country style omelet with a side beef.
Water
No alcohol
Workout late at 10:00pm
change of routine added different style curls
Same other routine
Running in place high knees
Drink hot tea
good day off no alcohol is 100% bro @medengines
id like to see you add some protein shakes here too, you got them?
 
Morning fasting glucose 106 went down alot .. not perfect yet.
Yesterday reading was 145.
So the fasting is a pretty big deal for me.

Last meal was last night 7:30pm..
Trying to hold off for 24 hour fast.
Gonna do my workout fasted.. See how this goes for my glucose tomorrow.
Tested minute ago was 99..so I should be ketosis.

Yes I got to over 25 hour's.
Had to prepare my meal.. Lol

My wife going to order another New style machine from them soon.
I'm going to hit my "yard work" and fast again and try to hit another big clean meal after my workout and yard..
Hopefully it gets my insulin resistance in check.. Wish me luck 💪🏼

Honey mixed in with Shakes? Whats the benefit if I might ask?
I think the big mix is protein+honey+creatine before you train, this will give you a huge boost in the gym and even PWO.

Gentlemen I have a problem.. Went to the Pharmacy and they won't give anymore Test Cyp till next month! Lol I was giving myself. .5cc half on Sunday and again on Thursday.. Anyways, need ideas.
I have some stuff here with me...
Should I just say screw it... Go for it!
I really want to just bridge this TRT till I get the rest of my pharmacy stash.. However., can you use the EQ /test E for that?
I'll post pics of what I have on hand.

on sale last night from Naps! Good sale too.
I don't have any Tamoxifen.. Or maybe enough? Lemme see if I can half those pills.

Am I getting enough in(Protien) for muscle growth and to keep my Glucose in check?

I think I'll do a two-day fast.
 
One of the things I like is doing the squats into overhead.

That's a good way of mixing things up.

Burpees are no joke at all. I didn't even know what 1 was until 5 years ago. Now, I certainly do.
 
Yeah, for sure burpees will have you throwing up and no time

They are very tough and great way to boost your cardio.

congratulations, I stopped drinking years ago, it changed my life. but honestly I am addicted to the gym and training lol :P

Pretty much same routine with all cardio 15 minutes in the beginning as warm up
Same weight routine
Ate at 1:00 pm my last meal was at 4:30-5 yesterday.
Feeling good!
Try to keep my eating window @ 4 hrs.

getting your fasted Glucose lower is very important.
You don't want to end up being a diabetic.
 
Ribeye looks really good.
