ex fat dude wanting to recomp

I’m looking to do a recomposition after years of being overweight. Currently 46 years old.
Went from 340 down to 275. now I’m around 250 and 17% body fat. want to continue to drop body fat and get leaner while holding strength. My main focus is strength training at the gym.
Seems like testosterone enanthate is universally a good option. So I think I will push 500mgs a week of using that one.
What would you stack with it for my goals?

500mgs of test not needed bro
start with 250mgs of test and 100mgs primo and add cardarine gw with n2guard, start doing cardio and lower carbs
 
I'd have you focus specifically just on fat loss and not recomp at 17%. When it gets close to 12% then recomp
This right here. I don't think people understand what it is to recomp. They think you just take drugs and magically lose fat/gain muscle.
I see this term used wrong way too much.

Focus on diet and dropping the rest of the weight as @Mobster suggested.
This is not a recomp situation. Recomp is when you have run a growth phase and put on some muscle but also a little fat in the process. You woul dthen use a recomposition type diet to clean up the extra fluff.
250mg/wk test is more than enough to hold onto muscle while you diet. Once you get to the 12%ish mark then think about running a cycle.
 
I don't think you're too overweight to you steroids but you should focus more on cutting
 
recomposition is very challenging I would still cut down more maybe get down to 12 or 13% first
 
yes equipoise is perfect you should do fasted cardio in the morning
 
I would go with primo and I would do 300 or 400 mg a week with a light testosterone dose
 
don't forget growth hormone but you need to use it at least 3 or 4 months

He's be lucky to get down to 'just a little fat' from properly fat
 
I'm trying to cut and I'm on 280mg Test C / 210mg Primo a week - feels good for me. Pinning 80mg T / 60mg P EOD which works out easy with 200mg/ml test/primo - 40 units test / 30 units primo. EOD is easy maths - whatever you pinning divide by 2 for daily then X by 7 for weekly.

Lots of energy for resistance exercise and cardio. I briefly went to 420/280 but felt too much and some telling me was too much and not the right tools for a cut. Just got bloods again as still dialling in E2 with test / primo ratio which I'm currently sitting on 4:3

Last bloods free test was sitting at 1892 pmol/L - taking it you know about E2 etc, if not read up on. My E2 went to 289 pmol/L when first starting which is almost twice reference range - last bloods was 158 after adding primo and got bloods done again yesterday - is prob still on way down.

I agree with Mobster that I would have you focus on cutting only. You can run a SARMs stack instead of steroids that would be super beneficial. Something like Ostarine and Cardarine.

i don't agree with the whole 500mgs a week test thing. it doesn't fit what you want.

if i were you i would go with primo 500mgs instead, and add a little test maybe 150mgs a week only

Regarding adding testosterone to your program, I fully support it. I recommend a pyramiding dosage: start with 200 mg per week for Weeks 1-2, increase to 300 mg for Weeks 3-4, and then 400 mg for Weeks 4-5. Once you reach your peak dosage, begin to reduce it. Be sure to have an aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand and plan for post-cycle therapy (PCT) after your primary cycle.

I would also suggest looking into Anavar, which has mild side effects. Additionally, make sure to monitor your daily macros to achieve your goals.
